Here's a few items that were filed - I put them in a summary.

6/1/21: Updated Redwine Jury trial procedure for the trial scheduled 6/14/21 (C-63). Starting Monday, 6/14 thru Tuesday, 6/22, the jury commissioner will call 3 waves of venire large enough for 33 jurors in each wave. The jurors will be called at 8am, 11am & 2:30pm. Upon completing the questionnaire, each member of the venire shall be excused. Once excused, each member of the remaining venire shall be told when to return for individual voir dire & shall provide the bailiff with contact info. If by Wed., 6/16, 65 or more members of the venire remain, the Court shall begin individual voir dire on 6/17/21. If insufficient members of the venire remain as of 6/16, the Court shall continue its voir dire of the venire until a sufficient number of the venire remain to begin individual voir dire.

Opening statements & presentation of evidence to begin on the afternoon of Monday, 6/21/21. Opening statements shall be limited to one hour for each side.
Second amended courtroom decorum order during trial (C-64). Order regarding expanded media coverage for the trial scheduled June 2021 (C-65). The Court will deny all requests for audio & visual recording of the trial. Instead, the Court will provide audio streaming of most of voir dire & audio & video streaming of the remaining proceedings in this case via Webex Events. Additionally, the Court will allow a single still photographers who shall act as a pool photographer for all media organizations. 6/4/21: Updated Questionnaire (C-66).
 
Why am I still worried that this fool is going to try and derail things once again at the last moment?

Because he's a cowardly worm that will, and has tried everything to avoid the consequences of his actions. That will make it all the more sweeter when he finally is held accountable. Let's keep everything crossed this is it this time !
 
From the preliminary paperwork, it looks like they have informed the jurors that they may see the diaper photos, and that cadaver dogs detected both blood and cadaver scent in Mark's home and truck. This seems to indicate that the lawyers have not been successful in having those items made inadmissible in court. Great news, since these are so key to the case.

I think we should ALL get to see the diaper photos.

I don't want to see them. But I think they should be made public. Just because of all that has transpired.
 
Friday, June 11th:
*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 1:30pm MT) - CO - Dylan Nicholas Redwine (13) (Nov. 19, 2012, Broomfield; found about 8 miles up Middle Mountain Road, a dirt road that cuts through the San Juan National Forest, about 100 yards from the road, directly off an ATV trail on June 27, 2013 & Nov. 1, 2015 his skull was found) - *Mark Allen Redwine (50 @ time of crime/55/now 58), "father" indicted (6/20/17) of 2nd degree murder & child abuse resulting in death. Plead not guilty. $750K bond.
Jury Trial began on 10/29/20 with jury selection & ended 11/5/20 after Judge Wilson declared mistrial on 11/9/20.
Re-Trial was reset to begin on 6/14/21 with jury selection, trial will probably start on 6/21/21 (thru 8/2/21).

5/14/21 Update: Redwine appeared in court Friday morning, where it was decided his trial will move forward as scheduled next month after numerous delays to due COVID-19. Jury selection is set to begin on June 14, with opening statements likely to happen on June 21. Both sides will have one hour. Prosecutors said, as part of their case, they plan to do a recreation of Mark Redwine's living room.

Unfortunately I saw them years ago---and they are seared into my brain. Really gross stuff. I doubt the cameras will be allowed to stream the photos.
 
If and when it gets to trial, no we won't be able to watch it live. Not in Colorado.
