If Dad thought it likely that Dylan had a fishing pole with him-Why did Dad not go searching himself?
Or, the broken fishing pole could be a diversion.
For me, I see Dad and Dylan getting into a huge fight that went too far. The very night Dylan arrived.
I think that the 4 or so hours Dad claimed to be running errands, will prove to be false.

Question? WHY did this judge force Dylan to go visit his Father?
Why couldn't this judge request that Dylan's father go visit Dylan?

I have seen some amazing mis-calls from judges. I have learned that judges make really stupid mistakes when it comes to children.

Disclaimer. My opinions are based upon what I've heard and experienced in Southern California. Personally.

My opinion is that getting involved with the United State's legal system-no matter why
Is a nightmare. Unless you are wealthy and can afford a good lawyer. (A good lawyer means-someone who wines and dines Judges)
This is my personal opinion.
As well as my personal experience. So. Back to Dylan.
I am so Sorry that this Judge forced you to leave your family and friends over Thanksgiving.
I am praying that you are alive.
Please, just contact your mom.

You're right. I will go hunt the link from my posts in the media thread but Dad said something along the lines of "they have known it was missing since day 1".

"I question why it has taken this long to start scouring the lake because from Day One they have known it is likely he had a fishing pole with him," Redwine, 52, said.

Here's a great link for figuring out times for all our many cases. You may want to bookmark it! You enter the city anywhere in the world and get their current time!(in this case you would enter Denver,Co)
Love it!:heartbeat:

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

Something I discovered when I couldn't find the link to world clock is that if you simply type
"time in (name of city)" in the browser it will tell you in bold print the time any city in the world.

I agree with you about judges and family court.

But the bolded part, I thought the same thing before. But there was a post upthread, I think from last night, where LE said that the errands checked out. And MR had two meetings, both verified. One with his divorce attorney, apparently.

So he did actually have some errands to do and he did them. [Which doesn't necessarily exonerate him though]

It is still possible something bad happened Sunday night.

Do we know what time Dylan's flight landed? If LE is asking for video and information from 6pm, Sunday forward -- could that mean they are questioning WHO used Dylan's phone between 6pm-8pm Sunday night when it was last accessed?

The family friend said 6ish on NG last nite and that fit with the arrival time another poster had found online.

About 15 investigators and analysts are involved in the search, Bender said.

Investigators towed Mark Redwine's two pickups from his property to an undisclosed location for further searching.

Clearly LE is trying to play down the search warrant, and, it is appropriate to check out the last place Dylan was likely known to be, but 15 investigators is a pretty good size team, isn't it?

“We’re one way in, one way out. Nobody is going to come to Vallecito looking for a little kid. There’s not even a playground here, there aren’t even that many kids here, and he wasn’t even living here. It doesn’t make any sense,” said Bourque, who has lived in the community for nine years.

this is from 11/27 but it is an interesting observation.

Would the travel trailer being investigated in the article's pic be considered vehicle #2? :waitasec:

see the quote I posted in post #899 above. The two vehicles were both pickups.

Yes, a good sized team. And towing away Dad's two cars seems interesting, especially if the pretense of the warrant was that the house was the last place Dylan was seen....unless he never made it out of one of those vehicles....

Yes, it is a good size team. I wonder how much land and other buildings are on the property. I thought I read somewhere that the house has a basement.
