I thought I read that he texted her...I'll see if I can find the article

Yes, he texted mom but that wasn't the last activity from his phone. We don't know what the last activity was though or who it was to.

The issue facing investigators is a lack of evidence. No clues were left behind that would point them in the direction of Dylan's whereabouts.

I don't like this one bit:furious::furious:

Does this mean NO scent??

Something is not right but I keep hoping LE is playing this one real close to their vests.....

What the heck happened after Dylan got off that plane???:furious::furious:

He disappeared into thin air:rocker:

According to what I've read in some posts early on....the Mom brought stuff with her so that the dogs could have DR's scent, because all of his belongings were gone and Dad didn't have anything to give. Unfortunately, this doesn't sit well with me considering Dad said he went to sleep when he got there. Bed linens, a pillow, even a throw blanket that he used to "sleep" with would have had his scent.

Do we know for sure that Dad actually saw him at 730am? Or just that D didn't wake up. Maybe Dad just knocked on the door, called out, that kind of thing.
If that's true, then it's possible Dylan left the house on his own through the night.

:twocents::twocents::moo:

From vasportsmom's post on the timeline:

"Dad tried to wake Dylan but he was out like a light."

IMO I would think Dylan would have been very excited to meet up with his friends that morning. Also I cannot remember one time when having to wake any of my children and not being able to do so. Especially when I had known they had made plans and were looking forward to something. This doesn't sit well with me. just sayin imo Now they might have said, I'm too tired or something, but never a time of no response at all.

I'm hoping that includes his vehicles!

Why has it taken so long to search the house?

  • #406
Authorities are searching the home of Mark Redwine Thursday because it was the last place his missing 13-year-old son was seen.

So they're searching the home today, I hope this means searching again, for the third or fourth time. What are they doing differently in this search than they did in the previous searches, assuming they did them? This also means they confirm he made it home and if he didn't runaway then...... what? Abducted from the home? He was somewhere outside of the home and was abducted then? What now?

Bed linens, were my next thought!

I'm wondering if DR was the one that broke the Sunday night plans....texted his friends to say he wasn't going to make it that night, too tired, and let's meet early in the morning. If so....there's still nothing that confirms DR was the one using the phone. :waitasec:

not sounding very good....

The La Plata County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant Thursday morning at the home of Mark Redwine, the father of 13-year-old Dylan Redwine who disappeared Nov. 19. while visiting his father on Thanksgiving break.

“We are not calling Mark Redwine a suspect,” Sheriff’s spokesman Dan Bender said. “It was only prudent to search because this was the last place Dylan was seen.”

Colorado Bureau of Investigations and the FBI had tents and a trailer set up outside the house. Investigators wearing white scrub-like uniforms made trips in and out of the house and a travel trailer this morning.

“The investigation of Dylan’s disappearance is ongoing,” Bender said. “We won’t be revealing any list of what we find until the it’s over.”

About 15 investigators and analysts are involved in the search, Bender said.

this is a search with warrant (see article I just posted) and will have probable cause and specific things they are 'looking for' if you will.

I am positive :twocents: they have searched the home before... but not under warrant.

The article above states that they have the csi van on site.

Maybe it's coming full circle? Back to my tunnel where i have been from the start. Waiting. Sadly.

  • #416
Surely since the csi van is there they will be searching his truck/car too??

quoted from article...

He said he wishes he and his ex-wife could come together at such a difficult time.

Bravo,

this sentence??

Perhaps someone didn't really want the divorce or the move to happen?

Yes that sentence. Due to not answering texts from his Son or his Ex while Dylan had just been reported missing. He wishes they could come together? Seems she tried. MOO

LE/media keep saying that the house was the last place DR was seen....but that's only been "confirmed/stated" by Dad. Is there any video from the store they went to? The last time anyone saw DR besides Dad....was getting on the airplane??

Is a search warrant needed to search the home of a willing person?

No sarcasm intended. I'd really like to know.
