I think we can now ALL understand why mom voiced serious concerns.

Mom seems to have moved on, new job, new man, new house....dad wasn't interested for the three years prior to the move. Yet an ugly seven year long divorce.

Like I said before. I don't think this had anything to do with Dylan personally. It's about hurting his ex wife. All imo

Bless Dylan's sweet, little heart.. I am so very scared right now for what is going through my mind of the very real possibilities of what this child endured Sunday night..IMO very likely within hours, if not even minutes of those last shots of him at WalMart.. It hurts me so bad for what Dylan went through and now for what this precious family is left to endure..

God, I beg of You please let this child be found..PLEASE!

if you listen to the video clip it states that the current (from september and november) child custody records are sealed including statements from Dylan.

IMO it wouldn't surprise me to hear that the custody case is at the crux of Dylans disappearance.

:(

bbm - While I don't think it's atypical for these to be sealed, I'm sick thinking about what those statements say...

Did you watch that video?
Cory has had trouble with the law for drugs and alcohol
and allegedly threw someone down the stairs . Mom says
she cannot control him .
Mom was accused of drinking and driving with the kids in the
car and apparently a judge believed it to be true because
he ordered her to not drink when the kids were in her custody.
The whole family seems a mess and no place for a kid to be
happy :(

I did watch it. My comments are not for past actions.

also from the article...

•For the next two years, the couple went through divorce proceedings. In 2008, mom, Elaine Redwine, claimed she had a confrontation with her ex-husband Mark in the early hours of July 4. She wrote, "He was very drunk and grabbed me and took a swing at his son." She said Dylan reacted and hit Mark.

BBM

Oh, my...Dylan was only 9 years old.......WTH

And there you have it...Violent while drinking! My gut was correct about that...
Poor Dylan.

I saw dad was all concerned about something that allegedly happened two years before the complaint was made.

Dad said those things about Cory and his ex wife.

I don't think there are any Father of the Year Awards laying around dads house

Maybe not Mom's either.

"Dylan arrived Nov. 18 in Durango. He and his father went to the Walmart in town before driving to Bayfield -- 45 minutes away."

Read more: http://www.koat.com/news/new-mexico...17686454/-/15qwdeq/-/index.html#ixzz2EKDmyI9o

So they want from Durango, to Bayfield, to home? Is that a faster route than the backroads? Before I could see Dylan possibly not getting upset at waiting until tomorrow to see his friends. But if they were driving right through the friend's area, then I think he's more likely to have had a teenage meltdown.

Bad reporting. They didn't drive to Bayfield.

If a 13-year old tells a judge that his dad gets drunk and beats him, would that judge still force a court-ordered visit?

I got ya ! I'm sorry.
I'm a little more emotional than I expected.
Just...........ugh :(

I heard that it was some other woman in the house that Cory supposedly tried to throw down the stairs. And this woman - accirding to Mark - supposedly couldnt control Cory. BDid anyone else hear it that way??

Can you explain the difference between an opinion that person X did it, and an accusation that he did it?

I ask bc I see this terminology a lot and I just don't understand the difference or where it crosses the line :)
Thx!!

Yes, and thank you for asking.

Posting, "The dad killed, him buried him the back yard, the dad is an *******" will result in removal and trouble for the poster.

Posting "The dad has my hinky meter up and here's why" going on to list the reasons why then the post will stand and all is good.

Posting "I think the dad did it" will stand as an opinion.

Name calling, as always will be removed.

Hope that helps!

I wonder if they were sealed following the hearing
of if they were sealed in the last 17 days.
WHAT IF MR went to his lawyer that Monday
morning to request them getting sealed ?
Can you do that ? I know for juveniles you have
to go through a process to 'expunge' records or
something. I wonder if there is a way to have normally
public records become sealed records if one party
chooses to.
In fact, surely there is a way because don't
billionaires do that when they get into legal trouble?
Seal the court docs? Hmmmmmm

I don't think Cory should be sleuthed.

It was ' another woman' he attempted to throw down stairs, allegedly.
But i thought then it was MOM said she cannot control him. Perhaps
I imagined that part but I don't know why it would be up to some
other woman in the home to control ER's child, so maybe I assumed it
or heard it wrong.

So very sadly I couldn't agree more.. I again go back to dad's very own words that he stated right now, here in this present time of Dylan's disappearance.. Mark Redwine, himself told us all..

"MY PROBLEM IS MY EX-WIFE."
