In such a small community what are the odds that a stranger came upon Dylan on Monday morning ?
The last one to see the person alive is normally involved somehow and in this case its the dad.
Good morning everyone!:seeya:
I have been thinking again this morning. Dont laugh well go ahead and laugh!lol
So many seem to be sure that Mr. Rewine is the one that is in the middle of Dylan's disappearance but I still have questions that make no logical sense to me.
If he was trying to stage an 'abduction or disappearance' of Dylan then why didnt he leave some of Dylan's clothing/items scattered about? Like maybe his outer shorts dropped on the floor or t-shirt.
Why would he leave nothing behind if he was planning this 'staged abduction' or 'disappearnce' when he would have had the backpack available where it would make it look more convincing that Dylan had been there?
This is not a stupid man nor do I think he is a guilty one either. JMO
About the same odds as Joesph Duncan coming into a very rural area and casing out a home when he wanted the two kids who lived inside. Or when Jessica Ridgeway was abducted.
Odds really dont mean much when it happens to a child.
IMO

Fair enough but why then leave no note to say where he was going , if he feel asleep and forgot to charge his phone then you at least leave a note so your dad does not freak out ??
Or before he left then why not charge his phone so he could contact his friends ?
Kids are glued to there phones so it makes no sense he did not switch it on in the morning before he left or charged it .

I dont think this was planned but I do think t was staged.
Everything left at Dads house seems to me like it was stuff he had left there before.
Everything vanished with Dylan!
Toss in a fishing pole also! I think Dad bought a fishing pole that night in Walmart.
JMO
I'm beginning to think there never was a fishing pole.
Looks like mom, dad, Cory, and other family members will be at the search today, according to a post on Find Dylan Facebook page:

I'll be thinking of everyone out there today. It sure is going to be cold, and hard terrain to walk too. Hope everyone stays safe and warm, and that some clues are found.

of course anyone can speculate, theorize, and discuss further using the scenario of dylan having spent the night with dad and met with foul play after dad left for his monday morning errands.. And many of us have done exactly this for multiple threads earlier on..in those many threads there is every possibility other than dad that could be thought of and followed tbrough in theorizing such scenarios and possibilities..
Again anyone is free to continue that discussion, but wanted to make sure that for any newcomers to this case who are unaware that there are numerous threads earlier on(all linked to in the op) where we brainstormed thoroughly these other than dad possibilities..
For many of us we did not start out immediately zoned in on dad..that came later after pages and threads of theories and possibilities of any/all other than dad, mark ..these numerous threads are proof positive that mark was not always the honed in focus here for many of us and we even continued to attempt to keep looking elsewhere past the point of reason just for the simple fact that many of us did not want it to be dad that possibly is responsible for dylan not being here..
Just wanting to clarify this issue for any who may not be aware of these multiple threads of discussion looking at all possibilities other than dad..eace:
You're assuming it was a well thought out, pre meditated plan.
I think it was quite the opposite IF MR at all.
I have got 5 boys and one thing I have learned it that they can be so unpredictable.
My no 2 son will be adament he is going somewhere very early next day with his mates. He will talk about it non-stop, set alarms, go to bed, early, ask me to wake him up etc ......... then next morning, will absolutely refuse to get out of bed and decide to do it later, after sleeping some more! For this reason, I can believe that Dylan didn't get up at 6.30am as planned (even though I have no idea at all if this did happen).
BBM is he relying on a lift to see friends he doesn't get to see very often?
Equally, I've come back to an empty house with no idea where my kids are - someone would have knocked unexpectedly, and they would go out on the spur of the moment, with no thought to leaving a note. When I have a go at them, they'll say "but you know I'm always at the skate park" or "you know I'll be with my mates".
One thing that would work in Dylan's case THOUGH I AM NO WAY SUGGESTING THAT IT DID is what if the parent or relative of one of his friends came over and offered him a lift unexpectedly? Dylan sitting watching tv, waiting for his dad to come home for his lift, then gets a knock at the door to find someone offering him a lift. I figure he'd grab his bag and go, thinking he'd let Dad know when he got there. But, what if no one else knew this person was going to collect Dylan. This person just knows Dylan's home alone and Dad is not coming back for a few hours.
Another link that mentions blankets:
The next morning, Dylan was sleeping on the couch where Mark Redwine now sits and where Dylan's blankets still lie jumbled. Mark said he waited until 7:30 a.m. but still couldn't rouse his son, so he told him he would return about 11. When he got back at 11:30, his son's dirty cereal bowl was beside the sink. The television was on Nickelodeon. His son's fishing pole was gone. So was his black-and-gray backpack. A few articles of clothing were left behind on the couch.
