The info is from the La Plata County Sheriff's office and they put out the NEW poster with that time line. I guess you could call them about your concern.

Do you have a link or could you point me in the right direction showing where the sheriffs office put out this new poster with the time?

ETA: Never mind, I saw it. Someone claiming that Dylan is in Nebraska, in dirty clothes and wondering if his parents are okay. Yeah, that makes sense, post it on FB rather than contact LE.

It seems to be a kid? Lots of friends...??? Wonder why someone would do that? There's adults on friends list....

this poster from 11/24 also says the hours of 730 - 1130
but it did not include the type of clothing....

so the new poster really only added the date for Monday, 11/19/12...

And it claims Dylan was wearing Nike t-shirt, which we know he wasn't-it was a black t-shirt with possibly DC letters on it.

There is another post from a local on the FMDR fb page that is worth a read, just for more info about the local community's feelings. It's a lengthy comment under the admin post to Dylan which starts with "29 days buddy." It's good they haven't seen some of the theories floated around here IMO.

There are two different posters out there. One is from the La Plata Sherriff`s office and has always had the times he was reported missing. The other with the reward amount is from La Plata Crime Stoppers.

The one from the Sherriff`s office still says that it is unknown what he was wearing.

ETA well at least the one that is still showing on their website.

Actually I have seen some of the same theories on that page don't know if they are deleted or still there.

At the bottom of that poster it says it was revised November 28th. I don`t think it`s that new at all. And it hasn`t been updated on the Sherriff`s office website. A little discouraging. You`d think they could at least get that done.

Wasn't the truck in the Horman case returned also? And yet nothing seems to have been ruled about that case, it seems. LE processes things, just like they do houses, and give them back, in lots of cases.

LE just can't seize your stuff and keep it indefinitely. Falls under illegal search and seizure contained in the constitution.

I see it this way, the reward poster is going to have the details of date/times that Dylan was reportedly last seen, thats what LE have been told so thats what they have to go on.

whether it's accurate or not we don't know for certain at this time
