No, we don't to both. I am hoping Seejay will explain what she considers the importance of that particular photo because I can't figure it out.

What if it's not an ' old' photo ? :what:

This morning as I gathered with my loved ones, I couldn't help but think of the families who are enduring first Christmases without a loved one. I hope those families were able to find some measure of peace, if only for a moment.

Are you suggesting that the photo was taken AFTER Dylan was reported missing?

If guilt came to those who were responsible for missing children, this section of WS would barely need to exist.

When was it posted? Not that that is the date it was taken.

What makes you think this? :what:

Merry Christmas Dylan. Thinking about you this morning.

I saw that picture on CR's. FB page and have to wonder why a 13 yo would be on the floorboard of a moving vehicle with what looks like a wig on an empty seat.

IMO CR is a victim, I find it strange that people are sleuthing him and I don't recall the rules being changed here to allow sleuthing of CR.

I've just looked at that pic and it doesn't look like a wig to me. It looks like the rear end of a dog.

BTW, my other married daughter and her husband (who are expecting their second child next month) and their little one, came home the day before the wedding and they are still here! Santa delivered last night so this whole day has been crazy indeed! The newly married daughter and her hubby stayed with us a night or two just to stay up late and watch movies with the family. Our sons were here today with their families too...so the house isn't quite empty yet!
But, after all the excitement of December, I think I will enjoy it (mostly...lol).

Just dropping in to say that I've been thinking of Dylan every day and today is especially difficult, because he should be with his Mom and family, not missing.

I feel that something terrible happened on that Sunday night. That's the only logical conclusion I can come to. No matter how hard I have tried to come up with other scenarios, like the hitchhiking, there is absolutely no other explanation for him not contacting anyone else, ever again. There was a land line in the house and a computer. If the phone was broken, he still could have called or emailed someone.

I don't believe MR's story at all. His interview gives me the creeps. In the full uncut version, he's smiling a huge smile before the reporter actually begins the interview.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays to everyone here at WS. My Christmas wish is for this case to be solved soon, and an arrest made.

No, I'm not suggesting it as in that is my belief. It's just another ' what if' to
throw into the mix. For argument's sake......what else have we got ? :what:

On the FMDR fb page there is another photo of Dylan which has been reposted about 5 hour ago - the one where Dylan is relaxing on a living room floor and wearing a Bulls cap. In the comments below the pic someone with the initials NY implies that she is the person who took the photo on November 10 - so very close to the date of his disappearance. He looks so very young in this photo :( looking at all the pics we have seen so far, he really isn't a very big 13yo is he? In the photos and videos of Dylan and his friends he seems much smaller than them. Just stating the obvious I guess, but his size alone wouldn't have helped if someone grabbed or overpowered him.
Also he has longer hair in that pic, which IMO changes his appearance quite a bit. He could have had a haircut in the following week before the holidays, but if not I wonder why at least one pic with longer hair hasn't been used on his missing flyers.

You lost me. Unless you actually believe that the picture was taken after Dylan disappeared (and I can't imagine that WS would entertain that discussion given where the photo was posted) then I don't see what there is to discuss, most less argue about. It is simply a picture of Dylan sitting in the floorboard of a vehicle texting. With no info on when, where, why or by whom we really can't infer much from the photo. The only thing open to debate seems to be wig vs dog's behind and I think I will pass on that.

ETA: I can't imagine there ever being another situation where I find myself typing "wig vs dog's behind" and it actually be relevant. Which is probably a good thing because much like a 13yo boy I can't quit giggling.

Just because the other photos look professional one would assume.

One I think is a school photo and it's a good photo to use on the flyers . It's also got good lighting and is clear . A home photo is never goin to look as eye catching or professional .

He is so small and that makes me a bit sadder. My oldest was really small at that age too. At 12 my baby outweighs me and his 17yo brother though. It is heartbreaking to think of how easily Dylan could be over powered but why? He posed no threat to anyone. He was far to small to be much of a physical threat even if he was angered or challenged.

I personally think it's a dog.

It looks like Colorado only requires seatbelts to be used in the front.
http://www.ghsa.org/html/stateinfo/bystate/co.html

The rear seat where Dylan would be is in the sun. He's on the floorboard to get rid of the glare on his screen so he can text or play games, whatever. MOO

Actually a child age 8-15 is required to wear a seatbealt in any area of a vehicle.....

http://www.colorado.gov/cs/Satellit...goBlobs&blobwhere=1251684400509&ssbinary=true

8 to 15 years Properly restrained in a
safety belt or child
restraint system
according to
manufacturer's
instructions
Section 42-4-236 (2)
(b), C.R.S.
* Any person operating a vehicle that does not have a rear seat may not transport a child who
is less than 8 years of age.

Also I believe the thing in the seat is a little black dog(Dylan's dog)

I posted about the photo because I wondered if Dylan was use to riding that way,and if it was common for him to do that, then alot of people that may have seen him with MR, or someone he knew might of not seen him due to the fact that he was in the floor.

Well another day, and still praying. I can't imagine how ER,CR,NR,and any other person in his family(even MR)could be feeling today. Just wished that maybe just maybe he would show up today. Little Man where are U?
