Very interesting stuff about this BB fellow.
One thing his victim age......13 to 18. How old is BB , do we know?
I only ask because were he a 20 yr old and his victim 17.8 at the time, then
one would wonder about a statutory case, but that would NOT involve kidnapping,
would it? Or an ankle monitor, would it? RSO's tend to stick with one basic age of
victim ( sickos ) so that he previously victimized a 13 to 18 yrs old, then you could assume that is his preferred age group.... meaning he would almost always go for
a victim within that age group. Also as for the ankle monitors, they are only
guidelines. No one sits and monitors them all day long. They are specifically for
if a felon ends up missing,t hey can find them, correct? It's not as if someone gets
a beeping alert that RSO #132 has crossed into the next county. But I wonder if
they 'store' the info on the monitors. Say could they if they wanted to see if this
guys' monitor had him near Durango near Thanksgiving, or not. Does anyone know?
Also do we know if he was in or out of jail at that time? Super strange because
his suicide begs a question........... ' whats the matter rso ' ? If he knew that he
got caught again for another crime or a worse crime, that he would never get out
of prison, that's a reason to suicide.
ETA ... Also on the one hand ,it seems a viable person to look into, it's horrible if so
because A) like posted above, he can never say where Dylan is and B ) in order for
him to KNOW he would be life in prison, he must have done the unthinkable

So
while resolution is a good thing, I hope this fellow's not involved.
