Is there any type of sex that is appropriate to have on the front lawn with your wife and children as an audience?
I would say it's a pretty safe assumption based on the incident of him having sex with a woman in the yard while his wife and children watched. This is based on my own experiences being around alcoholics. Most occasional drinkers would not do such a thing....a drunk would. He was not a 20 year old partying college student when this happened. He was a grown man with a wife and children.
Well his ex wife called him a 'daily drinker'. I believe her.
Does it really matter what type of sex he was having? Seriously??
It was absolutely disgusting, but it wasn't life threatening as was what ER did. And we are talking an act of murder by MR. that is the point I was trying to make. jmo
That confuses me more than anything. I get erring on the side of caution and not being willing to lay blame at Mark's feet just yet. I do not get trashing Elaine in an attempt to justify Mark's behavior. What is the purpose? Elaine could be any number of horrible things but that doesn't change the fact that she was nowhere around when Dylan disappeared off the face of the Earth.

I'm not trashing Elaine at all. I look at all the evidence we have on everyone.
Er was not pulled over by LE she was accused by MR.
Now did it happen we dont know How many times did Dad drive while under the influence with his kids we dont know
the sex thing and being beat by his son tells us there was more going on than the sex in the yard!

What evidence?
We dont even know if what hes said is truth about that morning.
As I see it there is NO evidence at all.
What we do know is his cell phone stopped at 8 pm sunday!
Fair enough. Luckily my ego is anything but fragile and I'm not here for pats on the back.
But kids do all behave differently with their phones. My 2 are off to spend a few days with their grandmother tomorrow, and these posts have just reminded me that neither of them will have their phones charged for the trip. In fact I can guarantee there will be a mad search of bedrooms in the morning when I raise the subject! I don't mind that they aren't obsessed with their phones - but I am paying monthly fees for the darn things that rarely see the light of day!
are you quite sure about that being accurate?
IIRC that accusation was thrown supposedly two years later.
but something I noticed was that it said two years ago when they lived in Denver.
When did they move from Denver and would Dylan have been at school then?

does anyone know if MR flew DR in on a round trip or one way ticket for thanksgiving? in MR's video, he says that in Sept. DR came on a round trip ticket, as if that was different this time. But then he just babbled a bit about direct vs. connecting flights, almost to deflect attention from something he brought up accidentally.
That is just not a safe assumption to make at all. imo

Is it a fact that Elaine drove drunk (w/or w/o the kids) or do we just have one statement from Mark claiming that? I don't recall seeing that info verified but I tend to miss a ton.
