Reserve? Do you mean reservoir?

Hey all, I was watching a little Discovery ID last night.
There was a case where a suspect failed a poly and
then some weeks later got an inconclusive on a poly.
When administering a 3rd poly by a more seasoned
examiner they discovered the suspect had a ' heart
murmur' and the examiner said that he would ALWAYS
fail or get inconclusive results due to this murmur.
The guy ended up being innocent and it was another
fellow altogether.
Anyway, I , of course, thought of this case and
wanted to share that .
Reserve? Do you mean reservoir?
Glad you brought up antennae(s). Just did that last afternoon per a query I did with a local ATT cell company provider. lol.
Okay. Everyone this site searches for towers in a 4 mile radius and also searches for antennae(s). MR address is 2343 CR 500, Vallecito, CO .... SEARCH for your own selves.
NO cell tower within 4 miles were detected. NOW look at the antenna locations (have to download that info and it loads as a spread sheet <or it did for me>). THEN you have to read and then search where those antenna(s) are located that the site included. GO........ lol. Job for tonight for those who choose to take up the challenge.

That's good to know, just in case. I'd hate to think something as simple as that could destroy your life. Thanks
Maybe a lucky punch in exactly the right place.
If a punch could kill a kid, I'd be dead.
I may not have a cell phone, but my brain sometimes does those auto-corrects for me. Yes, that's what I meant.
Well the moral to the story is if you have a murmur
and ever have to give a poly, tell them of the murmur.
And then tell us what case you've gotten yourself involved with !![]()
someone else did search and found an unregistered tower, it was in thread #15

According to this site there is an AT&T Tower about 2 miles (as the crow flies) from MR's home. No other carriers have a tower in this area. I would imagine all carriers are routing through this tower in the area?

Here are the specifics on the tower...
Filing #: 2012-ANM-2671-OE
Latitude: 37.444
Longitude: -107.538
Structure Type: Tall Structure
Status: Unknown
Date Filed: 11/01/2012
Ground Elev: 8196.3 feet
Height Of Structure: 151.9 feet
Overall Height: 8348.5 feet
Structure Address: Not Recorded
So at under 200ft, it is an unregistered tower but with the elevation a 152ft tower should be adequate for the area.
Only if they were trained to know exactly where to hit, in combat situations. Or a lucky punch. I don't think a father would have a reason for aiming to kill his son with one punch.
IMO, this has gone a little bit over the top now, so I'm out of here for awhile.
Link doesn't work. Elevation around Vallecito is around 8000' above sea level.

I just feel helpless. Michelle Parker brought me here, but Dylan has gotten me involved. I feel in my heart who harmed Michelle, but I honestly cannot say the same for Dylan. I just don't feel MR has anything to do with this. I have felt this from day one. I really don't have a solid theory. I've heard theories from others which I can totally jump on. I've tried to jump on other cases, but something is holding me back. It's almost like cheating. I saw the discussion on having to bump Dylan's thread and I just hate that we may be getting to that point so soon. I pray for Mark, Elaine, Cory and the rest of Dylan's family every day.
I did locate 2 cell towers close to CR 240. One is only 2mi from the Edgemont picnic area where they started the road search.
There was a recent documentary entitled " One Punch Homicide."
[onepunchhomicide.com]
from their website:
" ...then the U.S. has between 500 and 1,000 one punch homicides every year. Although this isn't a huge number, it has other implications. Most single punches don't result in a death, but for every death by one punch, how many other people experience serious injuries, including brain damage, because of one punch - 10, 20, 50, 100, or more?"
So, 1000 people a year are killed in the U.S. with just one punch.

Night all. Off to bed.
No proof anyone punched anyone in this case at this time. IMO. Nevermind.
