When they lived 20 miles apart, it would have been much easier to make arrangements to take him when he was in town; now, not so much. What has been said is that he took him on a trip in August, had him for a visit in September, and now had him for Thanksgiving the middle of November - all since the move in July. That may not be using his parenting privileges as often as the courts allowed, but it was giving him a chance to continue to have a relationship with one of his sons. I'd say it depends on what you consider to be "that often". No, he didn't see him as much as she did; no, he didn't see him as much as he was legally given the right to, yes, I believe he did see him as much as his schedule and Dylan's school schedule allowed. ETA: It only had to go to court after the move because she requested the move, she requested full custody, and he had to go to court to receive any parenting time. MOO
