But you can't take child support out of the paycheck if there is no paycheck.

It should be really really simple for him to arrange an appointment with a mediator. He calls the lawyer and says can you recommend a mediator. Lawyer gives him the number of a few mediators, he calls makes an appointment, asks the media to contact Elaine to confirm with her, they both show up at the designated time and they talk. And the mediator will keep them focused on the questions at hand rather than letting them get into a boxing match. It's really simple and it should be fast. They could probably be in the mediators office by next week.

Oh, I definitely agree. No paycheck, no C/S, but I'll bet he's counting on them making it retroactive to date of disappearance. ETA: Once he gets it into court.
and I also agree about the timing on the mediation and I'd like to add that it might be a VERY good idea if the mediation ONLY involved MR and ER. I think CR should sit this one out. JMO

IF he is guilty I don't see him confessing to her or anyone else.

I agree. It should be the two parents only. I think having CR will just make it more volatile.

I think people think that mediators are only available through the court and this is not true. You pay them to mediate. Anyone can hire a mediator. A mediator; i.e. the middle man. They sit in the middle and help those that cannot communicate properly to come to a resolution without conflict.

Why has it come to this point.
does he think ppl will just take his word for it?
If he said hey I took a polygraph I passed or even if he said i took one and didnt do so well but im taking another. Heck he dosent have to say anything to the public but tell your sons mother. Is your hate for each other worth the loss of your son? Is it the cause of it?
I dont know but I sure know who my UNofficalPOI is!
