I'm hoping something breaks soon. I'm one of those people who believes that LE is on top of everything and not the bungling bafoons ppl are making them out to be. Investigating takes time, getting results back from tests take time. Roman wasn't build in a day. I think LE has a handle on this and I'm hoping pretty soon we hear something, hopefully that Dylan is alive and well. I can only hope.

I figured you wouldn't have time to do anything with a new baby. I don't know how women with kids can spend any time on the computer. When my kids or grandkids are around, I can't spend time on the computer at all.

I don't think they are 'bungling buffoons' and I have not seen anyone saying that about them. But I don't think they have a lot of evidence to build any kind of a case or strongly support a theory either. And not because of 'bungling' on their part .

I would hope that if they had no evidence at all by now that they'd be reaching out to the public more, but I seem to hope for a lot of things that never happen. :twocents:

I wonder why the billboards are going up in Colorado Springs rather than the area he went missing from.

I-25 and I-70 are the major highways in CO, they are also trying for different states, the four corners area. They have a marque up in Durango as well.

Just something I wanted to share. While on a cruise a couple of years ago we were visiting with some fellow travelers.

One man said " as soon as I get one more billboard I can retire". So I think some are bought and sold like real estate.

I'm not sure how to read this. It looks like it really varies by market size. And this is for Colorado. Not sure how AZ & NM rates compare.

Once Spring comes, if they were to ask in a search group like TES, what does that cost?

I'm not really sure...LOL. We have 5 businesses so the bill is a nice one...I did not set up the account, only pay it. We have several billboards in many areas. I will check for specifics on this next bill I get from them. I get so many I tend not to look real close...oops did I say that? LOL

Yes, I think this is true. Lamar does not own all billboards. I have seen advertising in papers for billboard space. I'm sure plenty of them are self owned. Or perhaps the man builds them? Or both. That would be nice :0

As far as bungled baffoons, I don't think that at all. In fact, I think otherwise. Since FBI is involved, everything is very hush hush. I am sure if they had nothing, it would be like Confusion said.... they would be begging public for help.

If LE had something then I don't think we would of suddenly seen a flurry of activity from Elaine . IMO - it seems she out her trust in them and they have come up with nothing and that's why suddenly there are media appearances again and billboards going up and so forth .

It would probably be nearly impossible to prove it in court I would think, since Dylan was there 2 months before...

I'm not going to call them names because I'm sure they're doing the best they can, and feel terrible about this. The problem began with the runaway theory (imo) and that this wasn't treated as a possible crime for several days after he was reported missing. (possibly a week...sorry I don't have the time line in front of me)

I'm really starting to believe that ALL possible runaways should be treated as a crime until proven otherwise. It'll be much more expensive, for sure, but we may end up with more resolved missing childrens cases than we are now.

I believe it's probably up to LE. It seems that Desiree and Kaine were given info that only LE knew regarding Kyron. (I don't have a link. *lol*)
