But Dylan did not go missing from Colorado Springs. So the other people do not really figure into his disappearance. JMO

Even if those "other people" don't figure into your theory about his disappearance, there are other "other people" too. MR just happens to be the only person who can be sleuthed or named. I don't remember anyone mentioning Colorado Springs. :waitasec:

There are many members of Dylan's family that are deserving of being recognized for their efforts in bringing him home. Cory has really impressed me lately. Not many boys his age would step up the way he has and open himself up to so much scrutiny and criticism but he has accepted the role without complaint. AzGrandma has been amazing too. She has taken a lot of abuse that she didn't deserve for coming forward and speaking out. Dylan is clearly a very loved and missed little boy.

And when you look at there amazing efforts for Dylan then its very easy to see how counter productive Mark is being . He is too busy being a 'victim' to help his son Dylan .

ITA. If he is innocent he's doing a bang up job of making himself look guilty. The man is very good at pointing out what others are doing wrong and telling "us" what won't work but he seems to have zero interest in coming up with better ideas.

Because he apparently has so much support in Vallecito the he should do his own fund raiser . The last one was in CS and so him having one at home would not be stepping on anyone's toes . And if he has as much support as he claims then he will have a lot of help . This should keep him busy and motivated and will show everybody he does care and is doing his best . At the moment he is too busy making threats about harassment charges which does nothing for Dylan's plight .

Not much new. Cory is holding a rally Saturday in front of Mark's house. Mark isn't amused.

Congrats on the baby! Her name is beautiful. Hope you are both doing well.

You know I've been thinking about this and I would love to be MR at the moment because he is the ONLY one that knows if there is any hope that DR is alive or not. He has the ultimate power. That aside IF he knows he didn't do anything then I am positive he would be putting more money /resources into looking for his son...but he isn't and that tells me something.

Thank you for posting that, Schmae

That woman seemed much more guilty than anything we've seen from MR, agreed? I mean the odds of it NOT being her are remote. Shes' actually very,
very lucky to have gotten out of prison.
Reminds me very much of Darlie Routier, who I am not at all convinced is
guilty.

These are the kind of cases that make me want to be really cautious before I decide that someone would harm their child. This woman not only had to deal with the murder of her son, she was arrested and indicted for his murder, she was found guilty and went to prison. She had an ex-husband who said those oh so loving words, "If he/she can't have him, no one can", giving a motive to the murder of their child.

How cruel is it to put a person through this when they are innocent??? How terrible for the parent to have to deal with the loss of their child, the uncertainty of knowing what happened, the guilt in feeling they couldn't protect them, then be accused of being the person to harm them.

MR loves his son, I've seen that in print, where said so himself. He loves him. This has to be traumatizing for him to go through, and on top of them he has everyone with a finger pointing it at him.

It's not like innocent people haven't been falsely accused. Here is a classic case of it.

I want to wait until I have something tangible. With LE knowing way more and keeping things to themselves, I have not seen enough to make me get off the fence and look at everything with the assumption he is guilty. JMO

Sorry I don't know how to BBM " MR loves his son, I've seen that in print, where said so himself. He loves him.""

Haven't you seen and heard of wife beaters who profess to love their wife ? Even after beating them to death or nearly to death , they say I love her.
So I think the word LOVE carries a lot of weight and also is perceived differently by different people. I have no doubt those wife beaters FEEL they do love their spouse. But that's a different type of 'love' than I feel for people. See what I mean ?

First of all, I'm leaning towards MR (and reading the story above doesn't really change that). But wow. That story you posted is awful. I read the entire article and then some. Hitting the thanks button wasn't enough.

I still lean heavily towards MR . But I'm open minded enough to know that something else, something unbelievable, could have happened.
I hope one day we will know.

LE released the timeline yesterday.. I thought that was pretty big news :twocents:

they also confirmed he was at McDonalds and the time

They also confirmed that in the last few days that they have been conducting searches which is also big news. (and conducting interviews, etc)

Seems to be a lot going on in the investigation right now.

The McDonald's confirmation was good due to us not knowing the time or if it really happened .

I am intrigued by the looking under bridges as it seems quite specific IMO

I agree... that link I just posted also says that the fbi, cbi, and task force currently met to review evidence processing results (I wonder if that had anything to do with the searched areas.)

and this article is interesting (snipped portion)

Officials revealed Thursday that Dylan arrived at Durango-La Plata airport at 5:46 p.m. Nov. 18; at 7:05 p.m., he was seen at a Durango Walmart; at 7:22 p.m., he went to a Durango McDonald's; and his last text message was sent at 9:37 p.m. on Nov. 18. They hope the information will yield new information

perhaps they need more tips from anyone who had seen them at the locations/times?

I hope so and the fact they won't reveal some locations of the search hopefully means they don't want to tip anybody off . Also if LE are getting closer to answers than it puts pressure on the guilty party and they may start to get antsy .
