And it's possible they did not know and have since learned about them and are releasing them to gain new leads and tips.

I would think both times would be taken by the receipt. If so Walmart would be leaving & McDonals paying for food. We don't know if they ate in or did the drive-thru. How long would it take to eat inside. My hubby & son wolf those burgers down! I would guess about 15 - 20 minutes? By this scenario 7:22 + 15 to 20 + 45 drive puts them not arriving home until 8:22 to 8:30ish. No drive thru 7:22 + 45 = 8:07 ish.

I would think confirmation by receipts and/or video surveillance.

Perhaps you're right -- I was using the colorado.gov map, after searching for La Plata county and manually counted all the sex offenders i could see plotted on the map. I looked for a "list view" but couldn't find one.

So law enforcement has confirmed that all were cleared?

One thing I have been wondering about lately is adults previously convicted of such things like animal cruelty... killers often start there in their youth. Any reports of such things in the area in the preceding years?

I think we got all we are going to get from LE, for a while, unless they are able make an arrest at some point.

It is odd to me that they chose to speak this particular week, yet did nothing to help ease suspicion on MR.

Thank you ! Something about the way you've put this together seems ominous.......... like ( and i know it's been mentioned before ) but that the last text from DR , the body of that message, is concerning... perhaps a clue that things are going south .

You know what I just wondered ? If LE took MR's home computer and has not given it back, then he's very limited on information as far as all of the updates and planned prayer vigils and searches and maybe some of the things he's been accused of ' avoiding' he really didn't have any knowledge of happening. IF LE has the computer still. Food for thought !

I think the prayer vigil was before they searched Mark's house.

It's been rumored he has a laptop....

If the boys where planning to meet girls that day then I would be very surprised if Dylan did not wash/shower and change his clothing . After all he flew in them and they would of been dirty and grubby MOO.

I wonder if they were able to determine what device this came from and maybe through some type of forensic analysis perhaps they determined it was not sent by Dylan? Or perhaps Dylan's fingerprints were not on this device, or if it was sent via his iPod perhaps somebody's else's fingerprints were on there too?

What I'm thinking is it was sent by Dylan, but the content of it is disturbing and that's why it's not been released like the texts between he and his friend " R" !
