I totally agree. But why did Dylan not get up the next day? Why didn't he call or text his friend? It doesn't make sense as he was so looking forward to seeing his friends.
Wish I knew the answer to that.

I don't see the spacing between text messages as a big deal for Dylan. Hard to text when you have a greasy cheeseburger in one hand and greasy french fries in the other. Ever try to text when your hands have some food goop all over them??? I had that issue today with some hot wings. I either had to eat or text but not both without washing my hands each time.
Dylan stated 6:30am arriving at Ryan's that following morning, the Father would've had to wake up around 5:30 and get ready to leave around 6 AM and drive Dylan over to Ryan's,
I'm sure the Father told Dylan if he wanted to go to Ryan's, he would need to be dropped off around 6:30 AM so the Father could be back to do whatever he planned, he left around 7:30 claiming Dylan was sleeping.
Yet the Father in all statements says he tried waking Dylan around 7:30 AM ?
why try waking him when you were leaving to run your errands, instead of the time you would've so Dylan's would arrive early at Ryan's.
Something is not making sense concerning the time Dylan told Ryan about the following morning, and the Fathers statement.

So what are the odds of his cell dying / breaking and DR getting on a pc, xbox, ipod anything and sending ONE communication out ? See what I mean? If he got onto a messenger or something it would be almost impossible to send out ONE communication only ..... hello? yes ? idk? It seems like if he voluntarily switched 'components'? then he would just carry on his conversation from before or start new conversations.
Where was it said that he just sent one from it?
IIRC, MR never gave a specific time the FIRST time he tried to rouse Dylan from sleep. The 7:30 am time was the SECOND and last time he tried to get him up before he left.
Are we permitted to provide a transcript of that MR clip?
Another question to ponder, IF MR had truly intended to drive DR to BAYFIELD friends at either 6:30 a.m. or even 7:30 a.m., as DR and RN had planned, then why when MR got home and realized DR was missing did MR drive FIRST to the reported friend in VALLECITO, when there had never been any plans made (that we're aware of) for DR to go there ... and that the Vallecito friend "hadn't seen him" (and it didn't appear that he was expecting DR (from what we know) as it wasn't stated that the friend said "DR never showed up" (as if he was expected there)...
Just something to think about...
