She also tweeted this:

Melissa Blasius ‏@MelissaBlasius @Paulsy01 @9NEWS Both did. Mom says she passed. Dad says detectives told him his was inconclusive. He's says he's willing to retake it.

If he is willing to retake it why has it taken months to retake it ?

Once again Mark passing the buck . We know from Cory that Mark keeps making excuses not to resit it . Hence its been over 2 months and he took one within the first couple of weeks and nada since .

When push comes to shove he won't take it . It's very easy to say " he will take another one " yet it's not happened yet .

He says he will take another lie detector test.
He says he will work with his attorney to arrange a mediator so he can better communicate with Elaine.
He says he tried once to arrange some sort of auction fund raiser.

It would be nice to know if any of these things have been or will be followed through...

If Melissa was good at her job she would say ' when' ? and when he answers next tuesday, she says ' then we will speak again on wednesday and get the results' and really keep his feet to the fire on this.

As much as I wish Kevin Torres was still the 9News reporter covering Dylan's case, Melissa does seem to be passionate about Dylan's case. I hope that means she will continue pushing for information and maybe push her bosses to put together a Dylan Redwine special so that people can see more of the interviews. It would be nice if they could do that in honor of Dylan's 14th birthday!

We know there was NOTHING because she had to get clothes of his sent there!

I just don't get this part ... couldn't LE have used the pillow that Dylan supposedly slept on that night for the canine search?

Also, it seemed like ER was really focusing on this too (not even a sock) - as though she too believes that Dylan never made it to the house.

I think LE had to be sure the dogs were tracking Dylan's scent & not necessarily taking MR's word that Dylan used that pillow or x was his type of thing. :twocents:

early on Sarx came to the thread and explained why a certain type of scent item would be requested that may not have been at Mark's house.

I wonder if LE told Mark that his polygraph was "inconclusive" when it may have been a "pass" in order to put pressure on him?

IMO that depends if he was asked to take another, which we don't know. If it was truly inconclusive, they would have wanted another test. If he actually passed, they won't waste time and money on a second test.

If there's other evidence that makes LE suspicious of someone, I can see them lying about a passed test and asking for a retest to put pressure on the subject. MOO.

Sure but I dont believe a dog could get a scent off it!

If he passed they would rule him out!

Maybe his stomach compelled him to eat before trying to contact his friend and then something happened. In my opinion the lack of communication is not proof of Mark's guilt or of Dylan being inconsiderate. MOO.

I think the lack of communication is the HUGE red flag in this entire case!

polygraphs are only an investigative tool. ER passed hers and she has not been ruled out (per last night's video)

Perhaps. But if it is not enough pressure already to not be able to prove your child was alive when you last saw him...I mean if this guy is not under pressure anyway, I do not know who is. It hardly seems LE would have to get creative, IMO.

I think they are not saying she was ruled out because then that would point at MR and they are not ready for that yet. Then they will have to show all their cards.
I think this is also the reason there has been no pressers they dont want to say anything yet!

But thats JMO
