activity as in texts and calls but not PINGS.

As for how MR speaks: I have been a nurse for over 20 years all over the world (mister nurse is in the army.. I worked in europe for 7 years), and I have heard accents, patterns of speech, and mannerisms that are all different depending on the area, background, culture, etc. We don't know how MR normally speaks.

I personally do not judge the man on how he talks or what phrases he uses to communicate. As long as he is communicating with LE and cooperating with the investigation I am satisfied:twocents:

I am anxious to watch the full videos when that lady from 9 News is able to get them onto youtube. I am anxious to hear about any findings of the search group that the family is bringing in. I am curious to see if that crappedmypants PI guy is able to find anything (not very optimistic about this particular guy). Despite these latest development, I'm finding myself becoming less and less hopeful about Dylan being found and even if he is found, that there will be enough evidence to make an arrest.

I'm just in a weird funk about this case lately. I feel so bad that Dylan has been let down like this

And here lies my confusion with the 9:37 text. If they found the text via email records it had to have been sent via the iPod not the cell phone. But now we see that Bender says the text was sent via cell phone. Which is it?

Bender said it came from his cell phone?? I must have missed that piece of info. We've had so many links put up, I probably just missed it thinking it was one I'd already seen. Bread crumbs please? TIA

I'm thinking if it WAS the cell phone at 9:37 pm, then shortly after his phone died and he was using his iPod but instead of texting like Mark thought, he was playing a game on it. Hard to tell when someone has their nose in their phone if they are texting, playing a game, on FB or on WS.

I think it's folly to assume ER gave 100 % of her phone records over to the public to view . If there was anything odd or out of sorts with everything else I could see her or her at the advice of LE , keeping that portion off or out. Also at some point everyone's phone bill cuts off and the rest goes to next month's bill. So if she had an 8 pm text, who's to say the later texts are not on the next month's billing statement and were not available. By the time the next months' bill comes out she knows and LE knows "THIS txt is important" and we won't share it . Couldn't that be ? Either that she or LE chose to not show it or that it wasn't on that month's bill? Especially when you throw in all of the ping, hold, dead, signal issues?

If LE has been doing their job, they didn't just take Elaine's cell phone records, but made a formal request to the phone provider for their records.

No, I watched the interview...and I've been tweeting with MB for 2 days. "No cell activity after 9:37 pm" Bender has stated (paraphrasing) No cell phone activity on the phone, whatsoever, past Sunday night. Now R's texts were sent in the morning. We could clearly see that on the MSM article. So when the poster said Dylan woke up and read his text messages, I replied that it would be impossible because there was no cell activity past Sunday night. R obviously sent the text to Dylan's phone and it never showed up because the phone wasn't active. I hope this explains what I'm saying....because otherwise I'm giving up. lease:
