Sure MR is working on that appointment right along with the mediation meeting.....
I hope you aren't holding your breath...:what:
I'm going to point out here that this isn't fair. MR has control over the mediation meeting - so I have no issue with that. BUT the poly would depend on LE/FBI. They are in charge of administering the test, deciding if they want a 2nd test, determining who will administer the test if they do want one. It is all in LE's control.
And, I believe the minute LE asks MR to take that 2nd test and he refuses, we are going to hear about it and LE is going to let us know the level of cooperation has changed.
Also - LE may not want a 2nd test. They may have all they need from the 1st one. Inconclusive can mean many different things. If he was lying, LE knows that. It is up to LE to determine if they think the 2nd test is going to produce different results. If they don't think it will, they are probably not going to spend the money, time and personnel resources on it.
But, the ball is in LE's court.

ETA: okay thinking about this further, never mind. Maybe LE likes to see the pressure applied, so that when they do ask, there will be no getting out of it and then LE can ask different questions. :dunno:
