I do believe dad took his phone around the eight o clock hour and then later D
found his I pod or got on the computer and sent Dad a text!

Right, a kidnapper wouldn't care a bit about that bag. Unless he A) wants it to look like nothing happened in the house B) is indeed a familiar person and this was some elaborate setup to hide Dylan or C ) Dylan was indeed walking with his bag down the street and got picked up .

Yes, imo that's what Blasius is referring to when she talks about a conversation with LE - not whether Dylan packed his bag but whether an abductor would.

Yes, she said it as a prelude to asking ER a question about the possibilities of Dylan's disappearance.

I think MR used DRs IPOD account to make it look like DR made the communication to prove he was still around...just speculation.

It is bothersome that dr woke up ate cereal and watched cartoons and didn't contact anyone. One way this could be explained in my opinion is if he knew someone was picking him up at a certain time. He would have his bag packed ready to go. Or maybe he didnt have it arranged but an old family "friend" came by while he was still sleeping and waited there watching cartoons while dr ate a bowl of cereal and got his stuff together. Maybe this person said your dad has a work emergency so i'm taking you back to your moms. Could be the iPod fell into the couch and he couldn't find it in the morning. The other alternative is the more popular theory that mr is responsible.

I wish we knew who else dr was messaging Sunday night and I think the friends might know more than has been released. Also I wonder if they found evidence of anyone else in the cabin. Obviously whoever picked him up if thats what happened wasnt as trusting as he thought.

It's just hard for me to get on board with mr doing something because it seems like he and dr had a good relationship judging on the baseball road trip and that Dylan's friends said so. And it's a no-win for mr no matter what so where is the motive? All of this to get back at er? Just seems like mark really loves Dylan so hard for me to accept. Why would he hurt what seems to be one of the only people in his life that he cares about?

This case is driving me crazy. I have a 12 and 13 year old and the pain for both parents must be unbearable. I just can't believe either parent is involved until I know more.

Why didnt Dylan contact him telling him why he wasnt there or wasnt coming at that time .

Dylan wasnt at that house that night id bet my last dollar.

He's better... and back at school. So far, so good, no calls from the school nurse. Dylan hates missing school, which is good but it means he isn't always honest about not feeling well. But thankfully I think he's about over his bug. :great:

Oh I do too because I never believed Dylan was at that house.
but on the off chance he did and he did send that text I do believe it went to DAD.
