I guess so . But, from your info that you deal with child protective service, I can totally understand how you might feel the way you do. But, I also have a long history in this and I just don't see it. No back story, no history of CPS visits, and long time divorced. Maybe I just want it to be atypical and the family not involved. jmo

My background isn't just CPS Investigations. A tad bit more than that, lol. But that really isn't important here anyway. There are plenty of cases on WS where a parent has been found guilty of murder or suspected of being responsible for "disappearing" their child with no prior CPS history. Matter of fact, I'm just going to take a guess here but I'd say the numbers are fairly high. Kyron, Baby Lisa, come to mind first, but the list does go on from there. I think we all want it to be something besides a family member, but unfortunately, it doesn't happen just because we want it to be that way. I take it all in and call it like I see it, not how I wish it could be. JMO and MOO

So when he went looking for Dylan at either R or F's house, it sounds like Mark wasn't sure which boy lived at that house.

From the transcript:

As I was going down to Bayfield to check with Ryan, who I found at his friend Fernando’s house, and as soon as I went to Fernan…’cos I don’t know where all of them live –- but I knew a couple of ‘em live -- enough to get pointed in the right direction. First place I went, Boom… there’s Ryan and Fernando, and first words out of their mouth, “We haven’t heard from Dylan all day.”
That’s when it hit me that something wasn’t right, and I immediately went to the Marshall’s office in Bayfield.

So this explains how he went to N's house first to find R despite not knowing R would be there? Does this seem like a remarkable coincidence to anyone else?

I guess it's confirmed now that MR did go to the lake or lake area to search - somewhere around 2:30'ish...

And, it was probably 2:30 by the time I realized that Dylan still is not home and so I’m thinkin’ well, if he ain’t gonna’ return my text messages and I ain’t hearing my phone ringing ‘cos he ain’t calling me, I need to go find that boy.

So, I stopped by his friend Tristan’s house, down across from the marina up here at the lake, and nobody answered the door. So, I’m thinking, well, I didn’t see his fishing pole, you know, and I thought maybe he had wandered off and went fishing so maybe he was with Tristan at the lake. So, I’m driving by the lake looking for him and Tristan and didn’t see anything…

Thanks button isn't enough. You are awesome and can transcribe faster than I can listen.

Would have had it done 3 hours ago, but DH came in when I was making dinner and "deleted" my entire transcript before I had saved it!

oh... don't worry about him.... he rather enjoys the doghouse outside.... :-)

It's pretty clear that this individual struggles w/misplaced anger issues, and, unfortunately, cannot resist using this horrific situation to continue to lash out @ his ex-spouse.

The most striking example of this is the comment about how Dylan gravitates to him moreso than his mother, even though she is the child's primary caregiver.

Sorry guys, but this individual is a problem. Probably always has been and always will be. And, the fact that every single circumstance can 'possibly, maybe, could be' explained away - even if not practical nor reasonable - does not change that fact.

No person is perfect, and, if folks were to pick our actions apart in the minutest of detail, no matter who we are, he/she will find credibility issues. But, there comes a point when an outside observer - one who has no personal investment in the guilt or the innocence of the individual in question - comes to a conclusion based upon reasonability and practicality.

Someone (in law enforcement, I suppose) needs to go after Mr. Redwine hard and get the answers which are needed to find this child.

Best. Post. Today.

Thank you...I just hope LE is listening. Before MR lawyers up completely. :please:

Maybe we need a Monday afternoon timeline.

11:30 - 2:30 Mark takes a nap
2:30 - ? Mark goes to T's house looking for Dylan. No answer
_____ Mark goes to the lake to see if Dylan is fishing
_____ Mark goes to F's (?) house and finds R and F who have not seen or heard from Dylan all day
_____ Mark goes to the Marshal's office in Bayfield to report that Dylan is missing
_____ Mark texts Elaine

Do we have any of these times or even distances between the locations?

Would you like me to add it on to the Monday timeline in the Media/Timeline thread? (Having trouble attaching it now...)

I believe MR had to take a nap because he probably didn't get much sleep Sunday night...

Then why mention the river near him? And why not go look there first...seeing as he already knew his fishing pole was missing?

THANK YOU Melissa Blasius for uploading the first part of the interview! I look forward to the rest!

After watching the first 14 minutes, I'm struck as to why MR throws in digs on Elaine's job, implying how Colorado College employment is a secret and Mom has a "career." Is this even true about a mystery with the Colorado College employment or is it projecting how he's kept his employment secret to avoid wage garnishment?

And the dig on Dylan responding to MR's once a week inquiries "when he can" because Dylan's Colorado Springs environment is different from Mark's - as there are not people "coming in and out!"

And the dig about how Dylan has better communication with him...........

I will bite my tongue. Thank you Melissa Blasius!

I was just typing a post about Melissa. For all you TWITS in here (had to... sorry):floorlaugh:... for those of you who TWEET - could you please send Melissa a very kind thank you on my behalf (or all of WS behalf) for providing the transcripts to her WS Followers! You may also ask her if she would like a transcript, I'd be glad to provide mine for her review and/or file.

Are any of these SO's charged with molesting boys?

I've been saying this practically since day 1. The RSO that lives within 1 mile of MR's house was busted for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬. 1000s of images. Not sure why he isn't still locked up. But in my opinion, LE should have not only talked to him and verified his alibi, they should have searched his house, high and low! He is a dangerous *!?* in my opinion and he is in a perfect position to have snatched Dylan off the street.

I will not cross this SO off my list as a potential perp, until LE tells us they have thoroughly checked him, his house, his car and anything else he had access too.

I'm going to have to find the *@## link, but there was something put out (officially) that said ER notified the sheriff at approx 4:30 pm after receiving the text from MR. It was also reported that MR did not arrive at the Marshall's office until shortly after 6:00 pm.

I'm really not trying to be difficult...but do you actually believe they haven't? Why would they tell the public this information? It doesn't work like that!
If that community can't trust their own law enforcement officers...and later the CBI and the FBI, then there is a problem in CO that goes beyond my comprehension. JMO
