Maybe we need a Monday afternoon timeline.

11:30 - 2:30 Mark takes a nap
2:30 - ? Mark goes to T's house looking for Dylan. No answer
_____ Mark goes to the lake to see if Dylan is fishing
_____ Mark goes to F's (?) house and finds R and F who have not seen or heard from Dylan all day
_____ Mark goes to the Marshal's office in Bayfield to report that Dylan is missing
_____ Mark texts Elaine

Do we have any of these times or even distances between the locations?

hmmm didn't maybe in the last interview MR say he went to T's house & he hadn't seen Dylan, not that he wasn't home. Does anyone remember that or am I not remembering right?

I'm going to have to find the *@## link, but there was something put out (officially) that said ER notified the sheriff at approx 4:30 pm after receiving the text from MR. It was also reported that MR did not arrive at the Marshall's office until shortly after 6:00 pm.

MOO

Jumping off my own post (because I'm safer that way...:floorlaugh:)

What exactly was MR doing for an hour and a half before he decided to report Dylan missing?

NC - that 4:30 Elaine reports to the Sheriff's office is already on the Monday Timeline document in the Media/Timeline thread.

I'm updating it now to include anything new from MR's interview.

YES! Now that you mention it, I do remember him saying that! So did he see T, (as he previously said) or was no one home, as he said in the latest video?
:what:

THANK YOU Melissa Blasius for uploading the first part of the interview! I look forward to the rest!

After watching the first 14 minutes, I'm struck as to why MR throws in digs on Elaine's job, implying how Colorado College employment is a secret and Mom has a "career." Is this even true about a mystery with the Colorado College employment or is it projecting how he's kept his employment secret to avoid wage garnishment?

And the dig on Dylan responding to MR's once a week inquiries "when he can" because Dylan's Colorado Springs environment is different from Mark's - as there are not people "coming in and out!"

And the dig about how Dylan has better communication with him...........

I will bite my tongue. Thank you Melissa Blasius!

Is the wage garnishment in the video? If not, can you link it up please?

Thanks,

Salem

He said he came home at 11:30 and took a nap. At 2:30 when he realized DR still wasn't home, he went to Tristan's by the lake. No one answered. He then drove around the lake and didn't see the boys. Then he drove to Bayfield and went to F's house where he ran into the boys who hadn't seen him. That was approximately 4:15 p.m.

At 4:30-5:00 he texted Elaine.

Then he went to Marshall's Office.

NANCY GRACE TRANSCRIPT
"GRACE: Everyone, taking your calls is Dylan`s mother. Now, Ms. Redwine, was -- did there come a time when you learned that Dylan was missing? How did that happen?

REDWINE: Well, his dad texted me at around, oh, 4:30. Maybe it was closer to 5:00 on Monday. And I texted him back. You know, it was like, Well, we should call the sheriff. So I went ahead and I actually called the sheriff that day. I don’t know if Mark had called the sheriff that day, either, but I called the sheriff right after I got the text from Mark. I went to my house, picked up a bag, grabbed my oldest son, Corey (ph), and we came to Durango."

also for Melissa

is there another video for Mark?
is the video for LE and Dylan's friends going to be uploaded?

I also have a lists of questions that I think she should have asked...LOL

If she posts the video of the friends, please remember we CANNOT post it here. You can link back to it, because it is MSM, but you cannot post the video here.

Also - just for Jan :) if the video is released and you decide to transcribe it, please remember to use initials for the minors and not their names (I know you will, but just want to remind everyone :))

Thanks,

Salem

I find the nap thing to be totally perplexing.

Me too. He was back home on Saturday at least since thats when Dylan was supposed to fly in. I assume he got a lot of rest before Dylan got there Sunday evening and he got a good 8 hrs according to his timeline Sunday night. So he naps for another 4 hrs on Monday?!

I may have missed a previous post, but does Melissa actually have additional tapes she plans to upload, or is that just wishful thinking on our part?

So at least one hour between texting Elaine and going to Marshals office??

  • #696
Would have had it done 3 hours ago, but DH came in when I was making dinner and "deleted" my entire transcript before I had saved it!

oh... don't worry about him.... he rather enjoys the doghouse outside.... :-)

Your DH gets to touch your computer ? :what:

Yep. That's all we got. There is something very, very wrong with this whole timeline. Too many gaps that make NO sense. JMO

I guess it's confirmed now that MR did go to the lake or lake area to search - somewhere around 2:30'ish...

And, it was probably 2:30 by the time I realized that Dylan still is not home and so I’m thinkin’ well, if he ain’t gonna’ return my text messages and I ain’t hearing my phone ringing ‘cos he ain’t calling me, I need to go find that boy.

So, I stopped by his friend Tristan’s house, down across from the marina up here at the lake, and nobody answered the door. So, I’m thinking, well, I didn’t see his fishing pole, you know, and I thought maybe he had wandered off and went fishing so maybe he was with Tristan at the lake. So, I’m driving by the lake looking for him and Tristan and didn’t see anything…

BBM

Isn't that strange that while at Tristan's he realizes 'well I didn't see his fishing pole'.

I'm assuming the fishing poles aren't kept in the house. But while at Tristan's he realizes that he didn't see the fishing pole? I have fishing poles in my garage and unless I was specifically looking at them for some reason I would never just all of a sudden realize that I didn't see one of them. And I'm in and out of the garage all the time.

6 ish could be the time the "official" report was filed?

but you would think LE would use the time of the initial notification on their form

I think every second was important....there seems to be some "blanks" in the timeframe

2 p.m.: A postal worker may have seen Dylan walking on County Road 501 near Vallecito with another boy. Both reportedly were wearing hooded sweatshirts and had black backpacks.

Did we ever hear anything else on this siting? Could this have been Dylan and his kidnapper or the RSO that Salem mentioned?
