I hate to say it but I am afraid that may be a real account of Dylan never waking up. It sounds like he was totally unresponsive.

It sounds to me more like he was refusing to get up, not that he didn't wake up. I've had the same experience with my kids. They may have mumbled 'okay' and then rolled over and went back to sleep, and not even remember that I tried to wake them up.

And if he had done something to Dylan, and knew he was dead, why would he be trying to wake him up?

A lie of omission or a fabrication of convenience. Could it be that the nap was introduced later because he had difficulty accounting for his activities that day?I understand that his activities for that am were confirmed by LE, but not so much after he got home around 11-11:30 am. So in order to explain his delay in going to look for Dylan, he comes up with "the nap". Still not believeable, IMO, since he said he was always on top of Dylan's whereabouts.

I thought that too. Now he's got a big gap of time unaccounted for that he could have been sleeping away ( although by his newest acct he got about 8 hrs of sleep the night before) or doing anything and not have to answer for his whereabouts !

the main things you need to do to catch up is watch both ER and MRs uncut interviews.

I'm trying to watch them but my daughter doesn't agree that I should get to do anything but feed her and give her all my attention. I love her but wow who would have known it would be this exhausting! Lol why don't they tell you this at baby classes?!

She's going well! We are sort of in a routine but she isn't a big sleeper during the day which I don't mind but I rarely get to go to the toilet, and my house is a pig sty :/ and I miss it here with you all so much! Whinge over lol.

I hope to be able to watch the interviews soon and return to post my thoughts on them!

I love new moms, they have so many dreams..........like sleep, hot food, hot coffee. You don't get any of that back, at least not for several years.

I've only been lurking off and on, but I recently saw the pictures you posted of your baby. I have seen lots and lots of babies because i'm a labor and delivery nurse, and I just wanted to let you know that she is exceptionally gorgeous! Congratulations!

lol or several weeks, I think I was super lucky with my daughter she started sleeping through the night from 7 weeks, she would sleep 11pm until 9am.

It's like 40C here today and my puter's hating on Youtube, so I'll have to wait til later t0o watch MR's interview in full.

But from the 1st 5 mins --- my first impression/reaction is a bit of disgust that BOTH parents are using these interviews to snipe at each other. Their son is missing. And they can't quit taking digs - not just about this incident, but in general. Priorities?

Kind of irked me. And made me wonder exactly how angry they got at each other now and in the past. And what role Dylan played in those back and forths.

I feel the same way! BOTH of them were throwing digs back and forth. How exactly is that helping find their missing son? They should at least TRY to put the bitterness and the hate aside and work together, not against each other. Yes, they do need to get their priorities straight.

But isn't that a tool LE uses??? When a person tells a story, if they tell it exactly the same way every time it's because they've practiced it and made parts of it up, but if it changes slightly each time, it's because it's not rehearsed and it's coming from memory, so not everything is going to be said each time???

Yes, when a person tells the same story exactly the same way every time, with all the details in the same order... LE knows it's made up, and probably well rehearsed. That's why they like to try to throw people off by jumping back and forth with the timeline and the details, to try to confuse them.

Also it's a good idea to keep in mind that the media does not always report every word that is said verbatim. Even when it's in quotes, doesn't mean it is exactly the way it was said to them.

Private Investigators Join Search for Dylan Redwine

The father of a missing boy from the Colorado Springs area has asked local private investigators to join the search.

I think that it's commendable that Mark got this PI company to help in looking for Dylan. Sometimes a PI will get certain people to talk more openly than LE can. Hopefully they will come up with something that will lead to Dylan. MOO.

I think when/if we ever find out the true facts , we will see that many in media and possibly LE misspoke on many occasions and didnt' realize that every letter of every word would be dissected twenty times !
