Wow, you're probably right. I bet they delete the whole last 2 pages.
Sorry :(

It's on FMDR, that's the official page. :waitasec:

I have to wonder why Dr. Phil will only show Dylan's story if the whole family is there. If the true goal was in helping to find Dylan, then who cares if MR is not there? Dr. Phil doesn't even have a practicing license anymore. He's retired and his show is for entertainment purposes. MH offering to pay is a big ol' kick in the nuts.

Because he is Jerry Springer "Light". He doesn't care about the boy, he cares about the conflict.

There was a reference to the Dr. Phil show on the news link I posted earlier today. I'm eating a salad right now so I can't go looking for that link at the moment.

ER and CR can go on the show to get Dylan's face out there if that's the intent. MR not being there won't make any difference.

If MR goes, the focus will be on him not Dylan. A lot of people have already made up their mind and convicted him. Why is it so important for the GP to see him on Dr. Phil. To gossip more? For more drama? He has no responsibility to answer to the mob. He answers to LE and they have said he is cooperating. The focus needs to be on finding Dylan, not on every little nervous twitch that MR makes because he is on camera in front of a audience.

Mark should be thrilled a national show wants to cover this and he should be more than willing to be on that show. Dylan is all that matters and any parent who has a child missing would probably love national exposure for their child.

I don't believe that Dr. Phil will not do the show if MR is not there. Rumors from the FB page are being talked about as fact. Regardless of whether it's the official FB page it can't be taken as fact.

Wait a min! Wait a Min!

Mark LOST this child if anyone should go it should be him!

I agree national exposure would be great, unfortunately drama and scandal rule all, and that's the ONLY reason Dr. Phil wants this. Not for Dylan. JMO

Lol, Dr. Phil is a talk show host. I'm more concerned with MR talking to LE and as far as I've heard, he is.

He didn't lose Dylan unless he actually did something to lose him. If his story is true, he is no more culpable than anyone else not involved.

Thanks. Is MH offering to pay MR's wages for those days in that MSM article as well???

If Mark were to go on the show and Dr Phil finds him to be truthful I would change my thinking. That's how much respect I have for Dr Phil. So what if he's retired? How many years of experience does he have? If he's innocent he should go. Not only to help clear himself but also to get Dylan's name and face out there.

Elaine says He Lost Dylan! (she was being kind)
He was the caretaker at the time

Having all three of them sitting on the stage with a big picture of Dylan would be a very powerful thing. They both have said they want to come together to help to find Dylan and to keep the focus on Dylan. So what possible reason is there to not take up a national show in doing just that???

Oh puleeze....he is nothing like Jerry Springer. Gimme a break.

I quit watching that show about 5 years ago because of the subjects and people has on. He just stirs things up. And that is JMO.

People said if he was innocent he would answer questions and give interviews. That's not what happened when he did. Instead all the armchair psychiatrists and therapists have read every twitch, scratch, purse of the lips and hand gesture as signs he's guilty and hiding something. I don't see how this is going to change anyone's mind who has already decided he's culpable. IMO

Mine, too. I use to love him when he was on Oprah, his advice was homespun. Since he got his own show he had to go for stirring things up to get viewers and ratings and it became less about helping people and more about entertainment and ratings value. IMO

True, in Dr Phil's early days, he had a good show but I quit watching years ago as well. Dramacycle !

A big theme of Dr. Phil's show is family drama and conflicts, where they will bring out one family member who will confront another one. This is why the show won't do the episode unless both parents agree.
