Do you think it is odd that if MR knows about WS or 'reads' here that there hasn't been anyone join WS that knows him personally? Wouldn't you think it would be a grand opportunity for them to be on here posting and extolling his redeeming virtues? I certainly do and while I think ER and Azgrand are wonderful people they are ex-wives. I am also an ex-wife and I would have a hard time saying anything positive about my x-husband recalling any thing of our past marriage and it has been 40 years ago.

On those other social media sites there were plenty of people standing up for MR and that has to be one of the reasons others didn't want the sites up. I have no idea what happended to Dylan, but I don't believe logically this was done by MR. It all comes down to the cell phone reportedly cutting off at around 8:00 in the evening. We know though that a text was sent at 9:27, so based on that, what is the correct info.

And if this case is going to be solved on the cell phone why was such an obvious piece of evidence not dealt with. Why weren't messages sent so as to cover up the obvious silence after 8:00. Why was the phone gone along with the back pack? None of this makes any sense, but I think it is just too obvious. If MR did this he would have at least made the details point away from him and not directly pointing to him. JMO

Maybe in a fit of panic and confusion MR smashed the phone to keep it from ringing . I'm concerned by MR saying he was up pacing around the house just before being so tired he ran up to go to bed. Pacing around seems like someone 's whose trying to think things through in a confused/ panicky state......... like after something horrible or unexpected happens and you say " ive got to think , think, what to do '' Speculative !

I don't think it's the divorce itself that they are "fighting" about, but the details regarding visitation and change in child support. Since they don't have joint custody anymore because she moved to CS, then they are probably haggling over how much c/s he has to pay. Maybe he can't afford what she's asking.

I asked a day or two ago and do not know if there was an answer. Does anyone know what exact date ER made her first statement that was indicating MR may have done something ? TYIA ! It's much needed info for me, but LMAO, not enough for me to try to figure out where it is.

She has full custody. He gets visitations for a few days now and then. Why would she be paying him?

I'm pretty sure I have read that both ER and CR have said that MR loved DR and they never had any reason to believe he would hurt him, or she never would have put him on the plane. I guess I'm saying I have seen both types of comments from ER and don't know what that means.

Im sure he loved him.
I dont think this has anything to do with love.
Hes taken and hid the kids before.
I think this man wanted one of his kids to maybe be with him. That left Dylan the only one he could controll because hes 13.
Dylan wanted his friends not dad.
MR dosent understand sadly kids turn into teenagers and they dont want to be around dad or mom they want their friends.

So is Dr. Phil going to do a live show Weds? All his shows are taped in advance, usually several weeks ahead. I'm pretty sure he also has shows scheduled for weeks in advance. And I read somewhere that it would require 2 days of taping, which leaves me to question that he will "put them on" this coming Weds. It could be a month or two before that show airs. And in the meantime, a lot could happen with the case. Dylan could come home by then.

Okay, I do not know why I assumed the show would also air on Tuesday. But I do not believe it takes two days of taping because it is filmed in front of a studio audience, and it doesn't seem too convenient to make everyone come back the next day. Plus, on their website, they say that they film two shows a day Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Does anyone know when Baby Lisa's parents filmed their Dr. Phil episode? It aired on February 3. That might give us some idea.

However, I find it very hard to believe that the show is perfectly fine with not having a definite answer two days before it films. So I think they know whether they are doing it or not, just haven't announced it on the FB page.

Honestly I'm perplexed by about half the stuff he did mention and equally perplexed by a lot of the stuff he did NOT mention that seems so much more important. I just find wandering aimlessly to be an odd thing to do when you're so tired. More like I dozed off on the couch mid movie seems like what super tired folks would do, but who can say ,eh ?

Thinking about what would keep MR and ER going back to court for years after the divorce:

Assuming that 1) the original parenting plan did stipulate a 50/50 split on number of nights 2) ER earned more than MR 3) a child support order was in place it is just as likely that ER was paying child support to MR. All of this is speculative and only the 50/50 split has been confirmed in MSM, as far as I know.

And if 4) ER had not previously filed for a change in child support to be paid to MR as a result of his not following the 50/50 agreement, it would all have come to a head when she moved Dylan and changed the parenting plan, IMO. MR could have been fighting a loss of incoming child support payments from ER.

I really can see the parenting plan and child support orders as being ongoing friction points between MR and ER, IMO. I think it is just as likely that ER was paying as it is that MR was. The move could have started financial problems for MR either way.

Other reasons for continuing divorce issues could be related to shared assets or shared debt, specifically getting credit accounts paid off or balances transferred and the account closed. I have read that she signed the house or houses over to MR. It's not really easy to do that if there were mortgages or home equity loans involved. In my experience I had to qualify on my own to get a new mortgage within a specified time period or the house would have been required by the divorce court to be sold. Another area of friction might be income or expense relating to the rental house, if ER still retained an interest.

I have not seen actual public property tax ownership records on the two properties, are they listed in MRs name only now? Links to records showing actual ownership would be better than MSM statements, because ER may have done her part by signing, but MR would be responsible to finish any financing for the transfer to be complete.

ER signed over the interest in the Windmill property via a quitclaim deed. Fairly stratightforward. It abandons any equity she might have had and is the quick and dirty way to just BE DONE. No need for new mortgage, etc. I think this is seen in either the La Plata cty property records or public records. Separate from sealed family law docs.

Admin post on FMDR. No searches yesterday. Begin this week. No Dr. Phil. MR has nixed it for 3 weeks. No word on if the show will go on then.

Okay, I just saw a new post on the FMDR page. It says that they aren't doing the show this coming week. Mark agreed to do the show in 3 weeks. But I am confused about whether the Dr. Phil show agreed to wait 3 weeks or not. Is it one of those, "Okay, we'll keep in touch" things or did they get a definite "Okay, so we will tape on this date intead?"

Most specifically ' dylan's phone died or broke or fell in the toilet or he said it wasnt' working right ' . In regards to the next morning he did not clear up his earlier several statements with anything like " he woke up and said i understand and i'd rather sleep ' .
He left out the nerf football toss about.
Just seems some details that we've been wishing would cleared up did not get cleared up . I'm talking about within the 40 min video at this time, sorry for confusion.

But he did say this that I cannot tell if he's highly emotional and trying to contain it or what about the trip in summer '' memories or trip of a lifetime that no one can take away'. Not necessarily odd but I think at this point MR knows Dylans' fate. Whether it's because he delivered that fate or his gut is telling him that fate, he knows what it is .

ABC Radio interview at first, I believe about 8-9 days after Dylan went missing. MSM picked up the story after that.
