I don't remember that post. If this hypothetical person is found to have committed a different crime they could be charged and tried for that crime as it would not be the same crime that they where acquitted.

Right and a couple of us said that in reply. I may have to search through all of the threads again, especially ones in the first month or so.

I looked and can't find anything in MSM where Mark say's that he took a LDT and it was inconclusive.

I believe it is in his last uncut interview.

Why do you want to find this post?

After visiting the FMDR FB page, a poster that claimed to be in the audience yesterday, Their comment has caused tears in my eyes concerning Dylan.

Did she mention Jesus ?
I saw that and it really struck me how unlikely it is that
he's been stowed away somewhere for safe keeping :(

They could then start at Walmart and go the route they took to McDonalds and then the route they took from McDonalds to MRs house.

I don't know much about this type of thing but I would of thought the fact it had been 3 months and 1000's of people would of walked though these places would of made it harder for the dogs to pick up on one scent ????

I am searching for MR's admission to an inconclusive polygraph.

The hyperlink below is to a KDVR story and the hyperlink claims MR denies polygraph claim. However if you read the story and watch the video, the wording in the hyperlink is not accurate. As well, it is interesting the title of the story is different than the hyperlink.

ETA - the title of the article was changed -

Hopefully DR Phil will shed some light on the polygraph as if Mark did fail it then I see it being mentioned on the show as its a red flag ..moo

IF Dr Phil gives MR a poly OR convinces him to go to LE and take another
and MR passes with flying colors....... would that change your mind
about him? ( your to anyone here , no one specific)

I don't remember him saying that.

5:00 News Channel 9:

@Paulsy01 @9NEWS Both did. Mom says she passed. Dad says detectives told him his was inconclusive. He's says he's willing to retake it.

Mark Redwine, Dylan's father, was the last one to see his son. Redwine took a lie detector test and it was found inconclusive

I usually don't follow Dr. Phil (always working) so can anyone tell me how direct he usually gets with his guests? Thanks.

Speaking of hypotheticals, does anyone remember who the poster was in the beginning threads here, that gave a VERY DETAILED hypothetical scenario asking if someone was involved in Dylan's disappearance, and tried but not convicted, and then new information comes out later implicating them in a different crime, but one still related to Dylan's disappearance, can they be charged and retried on the same case?

I recall the post but not the poster. Didn't think it was that early on- maybe mid-December?

Not necessarily. LE uses them as an invesitgative tool, not evidence. As such, there is alot more that makes me think MR is off than his inconclusive polygraph. Sooo....I am listening to him more and more these days trying to make it add up one way or the other but the poly is only a part of that for me. Still not on the fence and would probably not move to the fence even with a great 2nd poly. Just MOO:moo:

Thanks. So my question is this. Did LE tell Mark the truth about the test or did they lie to him? Here's a working link to MB's twitter.

Unless Dr. Phil gave MR tickets for friends, you wouldn't be able to get them, due to the short notice of the taping.

That would be true for both ER and MR. I was just responding to the claim that the audience would be all ER supporters, which I doubt. I would assume that the vast majority would be people who already had tickets to the show in advance, and had no idea who would be appearing, with perhaps a handful of tickets divided amongst the participants.

IMO.

He is very direct without being rude like some. IMO he can spot a liar a mile away. I have noticed that if he feels someone is being deceitful he usually will call them on it on the spot. He's not rude or unreasonable but he doesn't take any bull either.

If I could have wished for them to go on any show it would have been Dr Phil. I know many feel differently, but I feel he is one smart cookie and not easily outsmarted.

The few comments I saw by those at the taping of the show had never heard of Dylan Redwine. They came to the FMDR page AFTER watching the show. It's not easy to get last minute tickets. I would think if the guests wanted to bring a person or two for support to be in the audience they would probably allow that. But that's about it.

Last night before I logged off people were discussing DP shows for next week. I looked but could not find any place they were listing next week's schedule. I am wondering this morning if that information was found and if we know when the show will be aired. TIA

I just want to point out, that if Dr. Phil convinces MR to go to LE to take another poly, there is no guarantee that will happen. LE will have control and if they don't think they need another poly, they aren't going to administer one.

It would be much better for Dr. Phil to just give one. It would be the quickest, easiest way to get past this bump in the road.

In my opinion, of course :)

Good question!!!!

My response: Only LE knows whether they were truthful or not until such a time they choose to share that information with the general public.

And jumping off your question...

IF LE told the truth to all parties and/or reporters and MR's poly was inconclusive and all others had passed, would that change anyone's thought process?

OR

IF LE told the truth to all parties and/or reporters and MR outright failed the entire poly and all others had passed, would that change anyone's thought process?

Additionally, a question I have for someone who may be more knowledeable about LE standard operating procedures re: polys:

When any person is given a poly and completely fails the major parts of the poly, i.e. would LE have the need or even bother to perform a 2nd poly? I'm not sure how that works in the LE world...
