Innocent until proven guilty, IUPG is reserved for the JURY and JURORS sitting on a case. It's not something that the public HAS TO adhere to.

When a child goes missing, the last adult known to be with the child is going to be a suspect, IMO, until LE clears them. May not be fair, but I believe it to be a fact, whether they are named as such or not. Just as husbands as the suspect when wife "goes for a walk after an argument".

That sounds like a person is guilty until proven innocent to me. I just don't look at people that way but to each his own.

There is a difference in judging someone guilty and thinking them a suspect!

The courts will judge him.

I was talking about how I look at people. I don't see why I can't use the same philosophy in my own life and I did say "to each his own" to let everyone know that I'm not saying anyone else has to adhere to it.

Why does the idea of "innocent until proven guilty" have to be reserved for juries?

I am wondering if there would have been at least 2 different search warrants issued back in November - one for the search of the house, and then a separate one for the vehicles, given they had to be towed away to be
searched? Just a thought.

Also remember that there has been always been a lot of theorising about MR hiding Dylan away/kidnapping him himself. That notion, and then the one that MR would hurt Dylan out of spite for her has stemmed from EH's own words in the media IMO. Even in the latest article it seems she has restated her opinion about this, and I felt so disheartened when I read that - seeing it was an opportunity for a message to the public to be aware that Dylan is still missing. I really do get that this is her fear or her perhaps her strongest gut instinct, but IMO it doesn't send the message to keep an eye out for Dylan or whoever took him.

I think whenever there is ANY mention of Dylan (whether by MR, EH or joe schmoe) in the media, it sends a message to keep an eye out for Dylan. There are many who believe that MR knows what happened to Dylan - that he holds the key to Dylan's whereabouts. But imo it is a huge leap to then say this means no one will continue to look for Dylan.

When I look at MR's words and behaviors, it is not because I enjoy picking them apart. It is part of my personal quest to find Dylan, because I believe these words and behaviors might give me a clue as to where Dylan is. I can only guess that LE is doing the same exact thing. Does this mean I am not constantly looking in other places for Dylan? Absolutely not.

Redwine Family Speaks on Six Month Anniversary of Dylan's Disappearance

According to our sister station KCNC, Dylan's mother, Elaine Redwine, continues to say she thinks his father knows more about their son's disappearance than he's letting on.

Dylan's father, Mark Redwine, continues to say he’s not to blame and wants investigators to do more digging.

Both parents have vowed to keep searching for Dylan until he is found.

I'm not surprised. Those dogs are very reliable. Do you know how far away from the dog hits her body was found? Just curious.

Off Topic for a moment--- I don't recall dogs alerting in that case? Might you have a link? PM if we don't want to stay O/T. TIA

Dogs had positive hits and sonar did not find anything.

Members of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Dive Team, Pocahontas Fire Department Dive Team and David Rader of Texas Equusearch launched boats at the Black Rock boat ramp and proceeded down river. According to the K-9 handlers, the dogs demonstrated positive signs in the area adjacent to the same area that clothing articles were found on Tuesday evening.

The Pocahontas Dive Team ran sonar through the area but were not able to locate anything. The positive hits by the K-9’s is not proof positive of a person being in the river, but each lead has to be followed up on and ruled out before searchers move on.

Thanks, I could not find anything on her thread about dog hits.

More OT re: Sidney Randall

The body had been caught in a tree in the water about 1.5 miles south of a boat ramp.

Dotson says it appeared to have been underwater for some time.

This could be relevant to Dylan's case in that IMO he could still be in that lake. The dogs are incredibly accurate as proven in Sidney's case. Sonar was brought in and did not find anything so the searchers moved on. This was on March 20th and she was just found.

BBM: Isn't this blaming Elaine? Should I be reading the BlueBBM: differently? Does he mean he is not blaming the investigators, but is blaming Elaine?

And could someone give me an idea of what "it’s possible someone may be holding his son captive but that police could be overlooking the obvious." means? I read "maybe someone is holding Dylan, but there is something more obvious that the police are not seeing. But I am not going say what that more obvious something is." Does someone read something else? (Serious question, I really want to know if I am missing something.)

BBM--I'd have to see the search warrants to determine the accuracy of his statement. As the person who was served, I'm sure he has it (them), so perhaps there is something to his statement.

As to the rest of your question, I don't understand it.

I completely agree. As I've posted before, I consider those dogs earth angels. Combine that with the mother's instinct about the lake and I'd say there is a very strong probability he is there. I pray I am wrong.

And combine that with the father's very odd statements, behavior, inconsistencies and insistence that the lake needed to be searched early on (and that Dylan's fishing pole was also missing) and I'd say the probability goes up.

I believe k9 forensics will be back this weekend. I wonder if she's going to take her dogs back to the lake.

A question for those who might remember or are close to the area. Did LE ever search the cabins from Pine River Lodge and Durango Lake Resort and other properties along the west/sw shoreline of the lake that are beyond the treeline?

Unfortunately sometimes it takes a personal tragedy to see the big picture of things. Loss of a loved one has to be the most painful thing a person can feel. With that said, love your family, friends, neighbors. Give your kids a hug. Call your parents, your siblings, or that friend you haven't spoken to in a while.

In the grand scheme of life and in light of what has happened today, I don't have time anymore for the snark and the hate that I have come to know from this case.

God speed.
