Since there has been no new update, I can only take it as nothing has changed.

Mark’s and Dylan’s interactions and activities within the community on November 18th and 19th, as well as tips related to persons, locations and sightings remain under investigation.

If we could only post statements that help to find someone, this forum would be a very quiet place. (imo)

ETA: It did make me sad though, and I did not "like" the statement because I try to keep my spirit focused on the highest good, and being angry, and having "revenge" (even if it's through inaction) does not work for the highest good.

I am not angry, I guess what I should have added is that ...You reap what you sow.
The main principal - The general idea behind "you reap what you sow" is that actions will have consequences. The effects of a person's behaviors are not necessarily apparent right away, such as when a farmer has to wait for a crop to mature. nevertheless, they show up eventually.

Hold on. You think that LE was using a woman who doesn't communicate with her son's father to help her shape questions? Forgive me, but that makes no sense to me.

No one has been cleared yet you keep saying that with no link whatsoever except your interpretation of a press release. Provide a link that clearly states that anyone at all has been cleared as well as link from LE that releases poly results.

She was on her way to a mediation, which LE also attended. So it does make sense, imo.

It is JUST MY OPINION that the Colorado Springs family members have been cleared. They have publicly stated they passed their polys. I doubt they would have done so if it were not true. And LE has released info stating that they were , in fact, hundreds of miles away when D went missing. And LE has never asked the public if they had pictures or video or knowledge as to the whereabouts of ER or MH during the time D went missing. Imo, they have been cleared.

Based on the last Sheriff's Office Release available from March, 2013:

Mark’s and Dylan’s interactions and activities within the community on November 18th and 19th, as well as tips related to persons, locations and sightings remain under investigation.

We can clearly see from that statement that as of March 2013, it did NOT include: mom, stepparent, sibling(s), ex wive's, deceased grandmother's relatives in foreign countries, RSO's, or even "friend(s)."** (** = see Radio Show in Media Timeline Thread)

There seems to be some ongoing questions/speculation about possible involvement of "others" who were NOT mentioned in the last Sheriff's Press Release and who we are not able to sleuth anyway (at this time).

Perhaps someone from MR's PR team could/should outreach to Bender and request an updated release on that statement, specifically to see if MR's actions/activities for Sunday and Monday are still under investigation as of June 16, 2013. They could also ask whether or not any "others" have been added to that "remains under investigation" piece since March.

Just a thought...

My opinion is that whoever is responsible for Dylan's disappearance possibly hid him very well, took the time to bury him in a special place in a respectful manner.

I mean…you know, I…I talk to them as much as I possibly think is necessary to…to…to do. I don’t talk to them every day, but, you know, one of the agreements that we had in this conflict resolution meeting was to communicate once a week, so, I made it…I marked it on my calendar that one day every week I’m gonna’ touch base with law enforcement. I’m going to let them know anything that I got going on. I’m going to ask them what they might have going on, and if there’s anything that maybe Elaine has going on that can be…um…communicated to me so that we are all on the same page doing the same exact things in the benefit of finding our son.

And why in the heck would you have to mark it on your calendar to remind yourself to call LE....isn't he thinking about Dylan on a daily basis?

Seems so distant to me...like he knows where Dylan is...

I'm trying to find that statement and just having a bit of "Old-Timers" disease kicking in at the moment...Anyone remember where that was?

My understanding of MR's "word salad" leads me to believe (no snark intended) that this is a new schedule of communication for him. He is "gonna" START doing this.

I agree, Tink. Thanks for your reply! I just seem to recall that quite awhile ago it was stated by someone (not sure who) that they both were meeting weekly 1:1 with LE and I remember when transcribing Sunday's piece I was shocked because I thought they had already been doing that and it was news to me. I'll keep looking to see if I can find what I'm looking for.

TxJan1971, 1) It was something about both EH and MR having Liaisons in LE that they each reported to, but I can't recall who said it...?

2) I looked for a script for the June 2nd interview just last night and couldn't find it. So I relistened to that show again.
Most of it was about attending mediation or MR's new found interest in searching for Dylan. But the part where MR describes his story of events again might be interesting to transcribe and have on record. Ready for some more needles in the eyes?
