To Texaslady2 and ICUDUCME ,,, my point was either A ) there are no cams or B ) dylan ws not seen on those cams. That is strictly based on what Bender said. I believe there are cams in the walmart at least, possibly not the mcdonalds. So my ' assumption' is that Dylan ws not seen on the cams and/or did not enter the store. Whether that means he was in the car or not, no one knows. Sorry for any confusion .

I tend to agree... if Dylan was caught on a security cam ANYWHERE, wouldn't LE be stating so? Unless I've missed something, LE has only confirmed that Dylan arrived in La Plata County but nothing confirmed afterwards.

And they are not going to release everything they have though. Nothing has to be proven to the public at large anyway.

If they told MR they are still interested in the dam area then that shows me they do believe he did arrive at his father's home.

I do think they most likely do have videos of them at MickeyDs and Walmart but that doesnt help to find out where Dylan is now. They know he is not at MD or Walmart.

They asked public to provide video if they had it. Presumably those are the videos they are looking at. I fail to see why they wouldn't look at McDonalds or Wlamart video before now.

BBM: I don't have kid's, but I remember when my brother was 13-14 yrs old, he and his friends would "camp" in the woods in our neighborhood. My mother thought it was all innocent. Much later my brother admitted they were drinking beer & looking at Playboy on these "camping" trips

The rescue workers saw someone running and assumed that person was running away from them. But the person was just running. I don't see anything strange about that. It was never even said that person running fit Dylan's description.

Well, no, but I don't know why a possible sighting would be reported of a 6-ft tall dark-haired man ... so you have to assume there was some kind of resemblance to make them "think they may have seen Dylan."

Day 3: Tuesday, Nov. 20

Afternoon: Two rescue workers think they may have seen Dylan on two separate occasions but say he fled into the forest. One of the sightings turned out to be a jogger; the other sighting may have been the same jogger or Dylan.

Well wasn't it on Friday LE said ' there are no confirmed sightins of dylan after sunday night ' ? That to me meant they don't necessarily take Dad's account of seeing him monday morning to mean anything. Or possibly they always want a 2nd witness to call a sighting' confirmed' . Not sure about the language there.

If that kid had his phone he would try to turn it on at some point but there has been nada since sunday evening.
I think even if they had spotty coverage that phone would have pinged at some point right

Cell phone companies can "ping" or contact the cell phone and discover the nearest tower ... the cell phone company can track a GPS signal even with the cell turned off.

Any narcissism she 'might' have known about. Everything's a supposition.

There was not a single soul in my ex's sphere that would have known the extent of his sickness. He didn't have close friends, close enough to know the real person, the only relationships he maintained were enablers and everyone else was simply superficial fan base.

Although when it became public that he was having sex with a 17 year old student, LOTS of people started saying they had seen signs, just never would have believed it of him.

I don't think Dylan's phone is pinging anywhere. That obviously would be a critical clue if it was pinging somewhere. I think they mean there is no signal from it since Sunday night.

Ocean, the latest article I posted said fiance' but who the heck knows. The reporting is all over the place.

I cannot believe they have not even had a press conference.

I think we all know that now that the fbi is involved it will be hushed up times a million. (at least that is my experience in past cases)

I understand this. I too raised 3 boys who are grown now with children of their own. I shudder everytime one of them begins a conversation with "mom, remember that time" I never know what is coming next. lol
