Well lets say he didnt do anything to him.
Those protective orders are still out there they dont go away.

All JMO

Protective orders are vacated all of the time.

Sorry but even if ER had never said the things she did about MR, my hinky-ometer (if there is such a thing) would be going. There just hasn't been much corroboration of his version of the events (unless LE has corroboration and aren't saying, which obviously could be going on).

Oh sorry.

He didnt even have to physically harm her for her to get a protection order. He could have just threatened her or all she had to say is she feared him. How long has she been with this other dude.......is he a live in or a stepfather?

imo

LOL no worries.
They say there are PO's from before and after the divorce so who knows It wasnt a once and done thing.

As for BF/SD I have not a clue.

Hey good points, to you and texas charm.
Scott Peterson was more in your face, MR TV over night.
That is not what's going on here. MR is talking when asked
and basically doesn't seem to be seeking attention .
Who was that other one, Drew Peterson? He could not
get enough face time !

Absolutely! Both those Peterson men who killed their wives were media wh()res. They smiled and strutted back and forth in front of the cameras and acted like LE couldn't touch them. I'm not seeing this here.

IMO, she's not interested in "railroading" anyone. Her focus is on finding Dylan. And for all the statements criticizing those just trying to analyze info and interviews with Dad, it seems ironic to then criticize or accuse mom.

Moo

I'm not accusing anyone. I do however beleive she is wrong for trying too accuse the father.

I don't know if there's truth in what Elaine has said or not, but I do know that in many of these cases the best way to find the missing person is to have the perp lead law enforcement to him or her. It's too easy to hide a body.

Often I don't think you can separate finding the perp from finding the missing person.

Again, I don't know if Elaine is speaking the truth and if Mark had anything to do with Dylan's disappearance, but if one of my loved ones went missing and I thought I knew who was responsible - I'd be pointing the finger and saying very loudly, "ask that person, he knows what happened".

I dont watch Nancy Grace but was Elaine still accusing MR of harming Dylan?

thanks

I'd be letting LE do their job and not risking doing or saying anything that could possibly muddy the waters.

Who gave the description of what he was last seen wearing? The dad?

  • #549
Or, at least Dad said so.

Does it only count if someone here says it first and he confirms it? Who else other than him would tell what he saw?

I agree. She really needs to remain silent and focus on talking about Dylan only imo. The police are the ones that do the investigation and gather the evidence as to what happened to Dylan..not Elaine. It may not even be a criminal case for they dont know what happened to him. They do have their theories like all LE but theories arent evidence of anything.. They havent ruled out that he may have been abducted either and an abduction could result in a homicide.

Until LE clears Dad he is on my radar. Am i open to any other plausible theory? Absolutely. There are a lot of holes in this saga. Until LE clears some of them up it's got my hinky honked :moo:

MR is definitely still on my radar. But sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. What we would do or what makes sense to us is not what others would think. Look at this place, so many different takes on just about anything, the most minute detail is analyzed and reanalyzed ad naseum. And many times we don't agree. So how can we expect these people to be just like us or think just like us and act just like us??

Cory has referred to the live in and/or Husband as his Step Father. So if they are not married I would think he has some kind of pleasant relationship with him. MOO Please don't make me go find the link. I'm multi tasking here LOL

  • #553
If she suspects Dad she clearly should express that to LE- but by voicing those accusations in the media she turns the public eye to her ex rather than on finding her son. I think it does more damage than it does good.

I couldnt agree more. The police are on the job........she needs to let them do what they are paid to do.

I wonder how long they have been together.

Huh? I have never seen so much speculation re the father on WS while the mother can do no wrong! MOO.

I think it's because of the number of mothers who have had similar past relationships/divorces. MOO

Now if MR hadnt reported his child missing in 31 days and went out and partied hardy.... I would think he is as guilty as CA is.
