no convictions...only accusations by an ex wife...
I believe it said he pleaded guilty to menacing in the late 1990s.
In Colorado:
Menacing involves the use of threat or by physical action knowingly placing a person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury, or attempting to do so.
Menacing is a Class 3 misdemeanor, but can be a Class 5 felony if a deadly weapon is used, a perceived deadly weapon is used, or when one claims being armed with a deadly weapon.
