It's interesting to me that LE did choose to reveal that both parents had taken LDTs.

But it was coupled with a charge of child abuse too. And he has been charged and arrested with that charge of menacing twice. It does seem kind of 'hard' to get arrested for a verbal threat of harm. How many people do you know that have been arrested and charged with that?

IMO, to get arrested for that, you would have had to be very angry and act out that anger in front of LE, before you would be arrested and charged for that.

eta: I see now his anger was directed at a neighbor and the neighbors kid, over a broken toy truck. Imo, it shows that his anger gets out of control.

Instead of saying he is surprised, he could have actually said how he did on his polygraph.

He didn't deny it according to what was shown on that video. So the headline is worded strangely. He just said he was surprised, but wouldn't argue it publicly.

I think IF he had passed, he would have gladly said so right then and there.

He must have been pretty angry if he was arrested and charged with all of those charges. Even though they were eventually dropped down to one lesser complaint, he wouldnt even have been arrested, imo, unless he was still being angry and arrogant when the cops came. I think he ended up pleading to loud and disorderly. So imo, he was probably acting kind of out of control.

To me, the important thing, is it shows he has a volatile temper.

Yeah, and in spite of not denying this, he instead states that his problem is ELAINE? Methinks he's got a LOT more pressing problems than Elaine. But I'd bet you my last dollar he blames her for EVERYTHING wrong in his life.

I agree. Even if Dylan didn't have a password with which to log on, he may have still been able to log on as "guest" user, depending on which OS is on MR's computer.

For a kid who's been described as "tech-savvy", a "prolific texter", I find it completely suspicious that no one heard from him past 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 18th. No cell phone calls/texts, no e-mails, etc...

It's no wonder to me that LE concluded that he's not a runaway and have declared this a criminal investigation.

I'm not seeing how that's defusing the situation. It's contradictory, for sure.

I think lots of people want to hear from MR. I have plenty of questions for him!

The 2nd menacing charge was in 2003. How many people do you know that have been arrested twice for menacing and making physical threats ?
