Yah, thanks. I didn't think it was new because she didn't have the 'curly do' they were talking about in tweets. It's odd that tweet included it today, making it seem like it was current.

Yeah, lots of stories seemed to use those old pictures. I'm not sure but I think that hearing was one of the last times (if not the last time) LS was seen in public. And that hearing was televised per CO law so there were lots of pictures. The hearings since have not been televised. And LS has appeared at most (if not all) remotely. Sometimes her choice to be remote; other times it was because of COVID.

I'm not sure what to make of the reporter's comment about her hair. I've always thought her hair was pretty straight. Didn't look ironed to me but I'm not a hair expert. I know at the one of the last hearings a reporter described her hair as being "elbow length." That's really long. I wouldn't think it would look curly without help even if she has alot of natural curl. And I'm not sure she does.

I think maybe the crimped hair could be a new look for her. Not unless that's her 'natural' look. We've had no photos of that description here before. Her hair has always been very straight but she had time to straighten her hair back in time.

Straight, wavy or curly tbh I couldn't care less. I just want her dealt with.

Justice for Gannon.

Do we know where T is housed these days? Solitary still or has she graduated to g-pop? I worry about any situation where she's allowed access to implements of any kind. To burn, cut... herself or others.

I agree it sounds like a different look. But the old pictures that were used with yesterday's articles were from her hearing in Colorado on March 11, 2020. She'd been arrested in SC on March 2 so she would have had no access to hair tools for over a week when those pictures were taken. And her hair was awfully straight.

I wonder if she's slept in soft or rag rollers or braided her hair wet to get waves.

Yes, I think braiding her hair is my Number 1 choice. Brilliant. I've only ever seen her hair as straight as a poker.

If she does claim she did not commit the murder, is she going to blame the one person she better not blame or her imaginary individual?
Because no one is going to buy she would cover up for some man in this way.
Yet she would be despised if she tried to blame a real - innocent - person for the murder.

Does anyone know if Letitcia's family members were present for the hearing? Daughter? Mother?

No mention in MSM or tweets from court if LS had family present:

Gannon’s biological parents were present for the plea, both wearing blue. Blue is the color people world-wide have worn to honor Gannon after his disappearance.

“It’s hard to get into their heads necessarily about what they might be feeling, but I can tell you that it’s the first time they’ve seen her in person for quite some time,” 4th Judicial District Attorney Michael Allen said. “I’m sure that brought up a lot of emotions.”

What are her options for scapegoats? Her husband was out of town.

That leaves her teen daughter, or the 8 yr old, which would not be reasonable. If she thought it would be believable she would probably throw her own daughter under a moving bus and say she was just covering for her by hiding the remains and the evidence.

She already tried that BS with the made up rapist guy, ---can't remember his name---Eduardo or something?

I tweeted Spencer, he says none that he recognised

@katydid23 Yes, that's what I'm getting at.
I did a little thinking about it and speculate she is going to go with her original story of Eguardo or a similar intruder. Maybe she'll say she thought she had to cover it all up for him out of fear or something. They will have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she actually committed the murder. She knows she's toast on the cover-up. (Note - I do not believe her story.
Speculation and my opinion only.)

We KNOW she's one seriously disturbed individual but how would mental health impact the trial/conviction? She functioned like a maniac for at least four straight days, but the point is -- she functioned. She showed forethought. She took steps to avoid detection. What percentage of the public grapples with mental health issues??? She seems to want a free pass for that. Yeah, well, most people with mental health issues didn't brutally murder a little boy. That's 100% T.

JMO

yeah, none of this works to me either. She sped around so much during those 4 days - and notably so; LE knows because they used trackers - I wouldn’t be surprised if she used uppers to keep awake; including cleaning just about the whole house in a manner of hours.

So, trying to get this mental health eval straight in my head, is the plan for her to say she didn't murder him, but just moved the body?

iMO, if she’s really agonna try to pin this on Egguardo, this will be a very short trial indeed… Eggy???

The emphasis on her hair is disturbing and useless, the only emphasis is and should be on what happened with and to Gannon!

  • #197
My point was safety, keeping everything and anything she could weapons out of her hands!

She's a menace.

I do wonder if she's quieted down at all.

The world is sadder place without Gannon and his laughter, his silly jokes and happy self.

Thank you @Seattle1. I have been offline awhile and just saw this. :)
I really feel bad for Gannon's parents and the hurt and anger they have to hold inside when they see her.

Whatever she decides to do, it won’t work for her. No juror will have sympathy for her. She could make any and all claims against his parents too but SHE is the murderer.

I agree. Poor kid had defensive wounds.
