The pool of 75 called back to start today definitely leans older, I would say the average age of the 75 potential jurors here today is around 50... Give or take.

I switched to webex as well. I've never used it before so I'm not sure I'm doing it right. The screen shows the two panelists (Werner and Sproul) and myself as an attendee. I can hear Werner's comments and statements but I cannot hear the answers or comments the potential jurors are saying.

Yes, it was like that with the jury selection previously, also hard to hear the lawyers too. Hopefully that will change once the trial goes to video as well as audio.
It's frustrating.

Already ~10 people have informed Judge Gregory Werner that their circumstances have changed since their first appearance in court, and that for a variety of reasons they may not be able to serve on this jury.

Judge said we may be done by May 25.

And then the audio cut out again.

I suspect the second mike is on either the prosecution or defense table, and we're hearing the folks close to the mike, but not the ones up the back or on the other side of the room.

Judge said as I said, Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri. Six weeks.

IIRC, these are trial days. Six weeks does not include jury selection and deliberation.

He is usually really patient, I'm guessing he thinks they're trying it on!.
Is the lady he just got annoyed with the same one that gave him attitude before?.

I didn't hear properly, this was the exact moment my 7yr old decided to argue his case for being allowed to have messenger on his tablet (answers no kid, move it along )

I took kickboxing training once. It nearly killed me, lol. My hat is off to any pregnant KB trainer on this jury.

I do believe she's on the witness list but have no idea when she's scheduled to testify.
