Nothing really. During the telephone call, LS mentions I-95 and it got a rise out of AS because this interstate runs along the East Coast and down to Florida and LS keeps naming roads before AS tells her it's I-25 in Colorado. Ultimately, GS was found under or near a Florida bridge on I-10. MOO
Caught that too. I-95 was a big LS misspeak give-away as the actual route near GS body location.

Morning all day 3 here for Gannon . After yesterday's ear plugging and looking like the monster on the ring let's see what the defendant is like today .I wish the jury could see what she's like when they leave the court room. The defendants lawyers are something else they look so uninterested when the first recording was played .I'm interested in how their cross examination is going to go ? Jmvho

And THIS is exactly why we listen to trials live so we know what was said!! MOO
Annnd... here's the source. https://twitter.com/FierroNicole

Last time Al saw Gannon alive was January 25th. "Me and Gannon were at the top of the stairs and I ran my hands through my hair and I told him I love you like I always did.

Al says he remembers his last words shared with his son in person like it was yesterday. "You are always going to be in my heart and I will always be in your heart," Al said to Gannon. "He said I love you Dad and I am going to watch Pokemon."

Yes, I like it better on YT, also. Yesterday I used the law&crime link that you posted, and it worked out great for me. For whatever reason, l&c had a better angle than I was able to get on webex. I also noticed that my battery does much better streaming from youtube as opposed to the quick drain with webex. Thanks for sharing the links :)

I really don't understand the act she's putting on. She was deemed competent to stand trial,
and I believe the defense is suggesting she was only insane at the time of the killing...so what would be the point of her acting deranged now? She would better serve herself by looking somber and getting emotional. I can't image one juror seeing her defiant, smug, slumped over behavior as anything more than who she is.

Y'all, I don't know how much I can take of this defendant yammering on and on with her BS. Verbal diarrhea on steroids.

I think they're going to try and say she genuinely believes all her lies are truth when she says them. The assaults, the pregnancies, the break-ins, the Gannon being out to get her, the rapes, the abductions... all of it. That she's out of touch with reality and that Gannon's death was sadly inevitable because AS dismissed her as a fantasist and liar rather than a well meaning and goodhearted stepmother who was, though no fault of her own, seriously mentally ill and psychotic. They're going to pressure him as to why he didn't get such a clearly sick woman the 'help' she needed, and why did he leave his vulnerable children with her. They're going to blame him and try to paint her as a victim. It's going to be ugly.

MOO

I think you're right. I also think that that will lose a lot of the jury members for them, especially the men, but I don't think it will go over well for them to hint at any blame for Al (personally, I have my own opinion on that) with the jury.
