LS in the interview:

“He was so sweet.” :(

She is totally beyond the pale. All she wants to do is defend her precious honor.

I can't believe she asked for an apology.

The tears are sooooooo fake at the end. I can't stand her.

When I first saw that video in 2020, that was all I needed. I know jury will feel the same. moo

Spenser Wilson is now testifying. He is a news reporter that used to work in the Colorado Springs market in 2020 and interviewed Letecia.

He said he was in a neighborhood of a search and someone pulled up and tried to chastise him for his coverage of the search. He said that person chastising him was Letecia Stauch.

He describes her demeanor as angry and not happy that him or other media being there. Spencer asked her to do an interview if she didn't like what he was covering. They drove to a construction lot that was maybe a half mile away.

This was four days after Gannon was reported missing to the police.

Letecia said she wouldn't show her face for the interview.

Spencer said, towards the end of their interview, she asked him to redo part of the interview when he asks her if there's anything she wanted to say to Gannon. The first time she didn't cry and the second time he noticed she was crying and upset.

Letecia talks about "bolting" from the police as detective previously described while doing a news interview. She talks about how it wasn't okay of police to point a gun to her and how once she learned it was police, she was fine with complying with them.

In interview, Letecia refers to Gannon in past tense as well as the present tense.

And, I noticed how her attorneys didn't nudge her. They probably were afraid she'd go postal on them. I wish we could have seen the bailiff cuff her.

Jury are not buying her act at all IMO. That last question asking about her demeanour off camera says it all.

  • #214
Until today the jury have not asked one question about how she was acting in certain situations and there are been plenty of opportunities for them to do so.

Earlier today, LS's part was crooked, making it easier to hide behind. I think she fixed it. Now, her part is a straighter side part. Notice, she pulls her hair to the front over her shoulders, and never pulls it back behind her shoulders. Is this to make her look more insane & deranged? Some say "like the girl from The Ring". MOO, there is such a thing as having too much hair. To me she looks like a scary witch, but not insane.
If I was on her defense team I’d at least get her a hair trim. I don’t think the overgrown mop is doing her any favors. It may help her look deranged, lol, but IMO it also makes it harder to relate to her as a person. JMO

It’s very telling that THIS testimony is what upsets her. Not all the graphic heartbreaking details.

She must feel hugely betrayed by Spencer - she used him to try and make herself look good and it backfired on her.

Most of the witnesses have been law enforcement and the Prosecution has done a good job of asking each of them about her demeanor though.

I'm behind.

Just listening to the marshalls fleeing story.

Realized which Marshalls it was at. (Woodmen rd). Okay first of all, the amount of people that probably witnessed this is hilarious to me.

No way there wasn't some business that had footage of this. So many businesses around that shopping mart area. I need to see this LOL.

There’s no way LS will be able to maintain her composure during this entire trial. When she feels boxed in she reacts in bold and bizarre ways. imo
