Says he and his mother and aunt came out to support Tecia because he thought she was being accused of something they all thought she was incapable of. Also says that they wanted to help look for Gannon. He personally came out because he knew his mother would want to come and wanted to help her. The aunt paid for the journey for them.

Dakota Lowery, Letecia’s brother is the first witness to testify this morning. Before his testimony began, he yelled, “Why Letecia?!” He was very emotional, with tears in his eyes.

He picked them up after the LE kerfuffle in the Marshalls.

Took them to a hotel.

Tecia then expressed wanting her stuff back.

Aunt rented a cargo van the next day for this purpose.

I feel awful for her brother ,all the lives that the defendant destroyed. She's making everyone relive the pain and just doesn't care. Jmoo

So she collected Gannon after she left the house with her family?

I always hurry up and leave the state when a child goes missing on my watch.

T said they had all these death threats. Did she herself send them?

Lowery testified saying he flew to Colorado on January 30 to meet up with Letecia and her daughter, Harley. He said, “We felt like she was being wrongly accused for something we thought she’d never do… We also wanted to come out here and look for him,” referring to Gannon.

And, I noticed how her attorneys didn't nudge her. They probably were afraid she'd go postal on them. I wish we could have seen the bailiff cuff her.
Does anyone know if her ankles are cuffed? I hope she is bolted to the floor.

Lowery is stating that while they were out in Colorado Springs they never went and searched for Gannon, despite he and other members of his family saying they wanted to "go look for him."

They went to the police department because LS wanted her stuff back from then.

Then went to the house. Police officers checked everything they took out of the home.

He felt aggravated because he felt the whole family was being looked at as criminals.

Took H's clothes, LS's clothes, and the dogs. It took perhaps over an hour.

Then LS was ready to leave. He thought she was going to South Carolina.

She did her interview with Spencer Wilson.

They went back to the hotel, he and his mother wanted to go look for Gannon. Felt conflicted, because felt the police were looking at them wrong. Didn't end up searching.

She left alone, claimed she was getting dog food, took the Altima. Was gone for a long while.

On one of the days, I saw the deputy kneel down before T left the courtroom. I speculate that she was uncuffing her feet.

Journalist Spencer Wilson, formerly a reporter with KKTV and now with CBS 4, is now testifying about his interview with Letecia Stauch back in 2020. Wilson is saying that the two of them met when Stauch approached him to "chastise" his coverage.
I'm a day behind. That was 'THE interview'

He said police officers were at the Stauch home, and they were keeping a close eye on things being brought out of the home. He said I was, “just aggravated, because I feel like we was getting looked at as criminals… They were looking at the whole family.”
