Dakota Lowery, Letecia’s brother is the first witness to testify this morning. Before his testimony began, he yelled, “Why Letecia?!” He was very emotional, with tears in his eyes.
Wow, was that on a video? The Law and Crime one I just started watching started after that. Someone mentioned an "outburst" but the vid apparently cut that out.

LS was 14 yrs old when her brother DL was born. His father was hit by a car and killed on DL’s 7th birthday . So LS was 21 when that happened.

She was 36 the day she killed Gannon and used that tragic event as an excuse for not reporting to work that day. An event that had occurred 15 years prior.
Well spotted.

Was the driver that killed Letecia's dad caught? Without knowing his name I couldn't find anything on Google.
After LS made the allegation to District 20 supervisor that she would not be at school on the day she killed GS (because her stepdad was killed), I recall seeing the old news report surface in MSM about his death and I don't recall this a hit-and-run. MOO

How long did LS have Gannon in the suitcase? This just gets worse and worse.
First night, he was likely in the suitcase in the back of her vehicle in the garage. Drove him out to PP the next night, abandoned his body in the cold dark night.

Hateful humanoid. Devoid humanoid.

Once the device was activated, he was following the data sent by tracker.

Well spotted.
I remember that someone found a newspaper article about the Dad’s death but couldn’t remember how many years in the past it had happened.

Now hearing testimony from EPCSO Lt. Jake Abendschan, who is walking through the tracking data of Stauch's rental car from Jan. 31. Abendschan testified that the Stauch drove the car to an address in Larkspur that would go on to be a location of interest for law enforcement.

Abendschan said that law enforcement would later go on to search that area in Larkspur for "Gannon's body."

Lieutenant Jake Abendschan with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is the next witness to be called to the stand. In January 2020, he was a detective sergeant in the investigations division.

Lt. Abendschan was involved in placing a GPS device on the Nissan Altima rented by Letecia Stauch, and gathering information from it.

Lt. Abendschan described information from the GPS. On January 31 around 4:41 p.m., the Nissan Altima pinged in Larkspur, Colorado, which is where searches were going on to find evidence in Gannon’s disappearance.

On the evening of February 1st, 2020, the Altima pinged in Denver near the rental car area at the Denver International Airport. The GPS tracker was then taken off of the vehicle.
