This is all just what I was able to grasp from the testimony. Having a hard time focusing today, so I left holes in the testimony. Didn't record the actual fake rape story.

This witness is Amanda Van Nest, Forensic Nurse Examiner, UC Health Memorial Hospital. She has been a Forensic Nurse Examiner for 6 yrs. She sees patients that have been exposed to violence of some kind-- domestic violence, general criminal violence, rape, elder abuse, etc.,

On January 29th, she saw Letecia Stauch who came in in an ambulance complaining of chest pains and having been raped. Letecia had signed general HIPPA release form and Nurse Nest collected buccal swabs, fingernail scrapings, DNA blood, and examination of any wounds. (Swabs, etc., brought into the courtroom to be verified, but had to be refrigerated again right away.)

Happened on January 27th 2:45- a man named Edguardo raped her. While being raped, LS's stepson jumped on Edquardo's back. LS reported she bath and showered, LS changed her clothing and washed it. Nurse said, she didn't think LS did bath and shower because LS's hair was VERY GREASY.

There are photographs of Letecia's injuries she reporting like hitting her head when being raped. They're being admitted. There's a photo of Letecia, and there were no lumps on her head or swelling, or bruising. Close up of the scalp, no wounds or bruising. (just greasy hair) Abrasion on left hand pointed out. Hardly see these injuries on the hands, like one near her pinky. LS said dog bite her on her middle finger of right hand. (but we all know she did an awful lot of cleaning.)

Not reporting any wounds or abrasions on Letecia's body. Another abrasion on her hands being reported... gee, Edguardo really hurt her hands. (said sarcastically)

I think I really heard this-- Letecia said maybe her daughter was waiting in the waiting room and she wanted her present when they took the other "invasive rape test kit collection". Letecia went to get her, and never returned.

Witness believes LS was sane.​

You started this thread, you're why we're all here. You drew everyone here now and a lot of former members in and helped us connect with this case and fall in love with Gannon. You don't have to be strong all the time. A boy died. You can let yourself grieve for that. It's not weakness. It's love.

Wasn't there a tooth/bite analysis person (I can't think of the actual description lol) on the states witness list? We kind of assumed they were for the identification purposes, but im sure it said they were for bite marks.

Tee's a particularly committedly brazen liar, IMO.

Also IMO, this reads very much like she simply wanted to tick some random box, like the insincere do when they "get a police report number" (note to the uninitiated: "getting a police report number", at rock bottom, really means nothing more than "you had enough conviction behind what you believe, that you were willing to show up at a police station and testify to it/put it under the attention and advisement of LE"; and is really basically designed so that you can get a case number.

We've also seen other instances of her particularly greasy hair in action, so I have no problem buying this.

There were active search parties they could have joined, and known areas that were being searched, which they could have visited. They could have re-canvassed the neighborhood around the school - sometimes people aren't home during a first canvas and sometimes people are more forthcoming to non-LE.

Lots of things a stranger to the area can do to help, IMO. A family member could have spent time with Gannon's best friend to see if there were any tiny bits of information that were useful. No one knew where Gannon was. I would have visited that convenience store, even if LE had told me that Gannon hadn't gone there - I would still want to talk to staff there. Because the need to do something would be so strong; the need to look for Gannon would not have me sitting on a couch just because I was in new territory.

Possibilities, I guess. I would have been hesitant to do some of those things though as a family member from another state. The store lead had been checked by LE and I'm not sure her family could have identified GS better than LE. How often had her family even seen him? Didn't Al get custody after they left the east coast? I believe Landen had also looked at the tapes and said it wasn't GS before her family arrived.

Maybe it's just me but I wouldn't have approached kids who didn't know me to quiz them either. After all, there was some press saying that GS could have been kidnapped. Parents likely weren't anxious for strangers to talk to their kids in that area of CS.

In general, I'd have taken the lead from my family member who lived there. After all, at that point her family didn't think LS had anything to do with GS's disappearance. So of course they'd expect her to help search.

So, do we think Edguardo is something she made up on the fly when she was at the police station and ran with it, or is he a little story she has had tucked away just incase a situation called for it?.
She has a history of claiming sexual assault to get her way, maybe even as far back as childhood, so I'm inclined to think she had Edguardo primed and ready to go, possibly to sell a sob story to Al to keep him, but he slotted in nicely for her keep out of jail act.
