If she did use a box cutter, then it wasn't the only blade she used. The wound on his shoulder was four inches deep, and was a stab, not a slice. You can't do that with a box cutter. I think it's more likely she used something more conventional like a kitchen knife.

But I think this may have startrd as terrible household accident. One she should've taken her lumps for.

Lit a candle. Left it unattended. Near a sleeping child. Surrounded by flammable fabrics and fibers.

Wonder what T's phone shows she was doing during that time. H wasn't home yet. News was looping Kobe's crash story... 9, 10pm IMO.

So that she wouldn't look like a bad parent, she murdered Gannon and discarded him.

Garden of the Gods, owned by the City of Colorado Springs has many areas that a steep drop off or fall/push could cause a serious accident or death but you’d have to climb up very high. It’s busy on nice weekends, very touristy and not an area I would think planning an “accident” made sense unless you need witnesses

Here's my thing about it being an accident--- she didn't get out the person who was in the fire! She said herself she saw the fire, she went upstairs and told the girls to get in the truck. Theeeennnn she went back down. She said the blankets he was in were on fire. No one sees a child near a fire, goes to wake up kids who are far from the fire, then goes back to check on the child in the fire zone. I am 100% positive. The witch did this on purpose. She thought she could say she tried to save him but she couldn't. And when that evil plan didn't work, she went to evil plan b and c. I think the next plan was overdose. And then she ran out of time and did what the final act was.

All the kids with disabilities she worked with have to be looked at. Any "accidents" need to be investigated.

I agree with other posters... JMO theory LS went downstairs to check on GS and found that he had dozed off on the couch with the candle. She was angry because he had been warned about the dangers of candles. She is a very punitive person, so she wanted to teach him a lesson by setting the candle precariously (or ^with the sock as a wick!) so that it would fall. Then she walked away upstairs or even left in the truck and waited for the "accident".

It finally makes sense to me now how she got poor Gannon to accept blame in the sick video she made to CYA herself. LS caused her whole life to end that night - marriage over, no housing/food, no more working in education due to one cruel act of child abuse. In her mind, it was his life or her life from that point on. I hate her even more now.

This would be a kinder scenario if you could call it that. I just can't get past her elaborate discussions on the smoke in the house, and now her admissions that his wounds from the fire were much worse. Up until this point, I kept an open mind that he knocked over a candle in fear of her catching him playing video games and she lost it and burned him with hot wax. But now I'm almost certain that this was a deliberate attempt to set him on fire.

What 11 year old burns a candle to get rid of bm smell? He's the only person in that basement.
Who has candles in an 11 year-old's room? 11 year old boys don't care about bm smell. Maybe he was self conscience only because he was bullied by stepmom, but I can't picture this child lighting a candle in the bathroom. And even if he was taught to do so by a freak stepmom, how would he catch on fire on his bed or sofa from a lit candle in a bathroom?

She cleaned him when they got home...slow burn...... and burnt him with hot water because she made him shower. Couch, blankets, and candle are a bad combo but I tend to think that she helped it along and left him in the house longer than anyone else, even the dogs.

Her stories are always seeds of truth. But, never know what it is.

The room looks like a room used for victim's families. Cozy, comfortable and relaxed. It was a good tactic for them to use. Two women LE are also good tactic. She was very comfortable and even was able to yada, yada, yada. This is the point where they had to know she had killed him.

He could have been constipated and had an "overflow" around the constipated part. That happens especially with kids.

I believe the bad burns were the beginning of the end. We are learning LS is fearful of Al learning about her horrible parenting. She knows Gannon's burns are severe, is terrified of Gannon telling on her to his father. All that in addition to the fact that she's fed up with caring for Gannon

Content of call seems to be LS pissed that HH was made to stay with 'a bunch of men' and wasn't allowed to leave to get starbucks.

Asks her to come in to help find Gannon. LS refusing. Claiming she doesn't know what was going on, that she doesn't have anywhere to live, clothes, food.

Witness is saying if she doesn't want to give more information, then they have no point to continuing the conversation, that she needs to spend her time tracking down leads to find Gannon.

Yes, I remember this from early in the case.

iMO, Tee knew exactly what she was doing, and was trying to say without saying, that HH was in danger of being assaulted by one of the members of LE.

this was not some generic high minded objection about HH’s rights or something.

I know someone's child who had constipation around Gannon's age (went through parents' splittin in very ugly divorce) and this child did not have regular bms and was close to getting procedure to empty out the bowels. It's fairly common that children who are going through stress will have that effect their bowels; sometimes it's their only form of control and it's somewhat voluntary. But it doesn't seem he was on laxatives, so I don't get why he was having so many accidents...unless this too is blown out of proportion.
