LS avoided police and used HH to find out what their questions were. What a horrible mother. HH and Laina had to be fearful of where Gannon had disappeared to. So sad.

Does anyone know if Harley has seen a health professional after all of this? I really really hope so. Because this witch has completely destroyed SO MANY.

What could be going on in Tecia’s mind as she looks upon her beautiful reserved young daughter just coming into her own? Is she pleased with her calm manner as almost any mom would? Is she angry? What would happen if they made eye contact? Would she smile or grimace? she is still her daughter, the one she raised from an infant. I wonder if HH is naturally compliant?

I shouldn't be incensed again but I am. T's outrage that HH was home with all those male LEOs -- they were all outside. (And when they did come in, a female detective was with her.) Man, nothing she says is true. Nothing. She really doesn't expect people to compare notes.

I feel for HH. Huge respect for her today.

T convinced her that was wrong was right, trusting her mom, not the cops.

Gannon's missing. LE is investigating and T had HH convinced that the cops are the enemy.

That might take a lifetime to unravel.

I hope testifying ultimately empowers her. The truth shall set you free --

Only to the basement, though, right?

I'm only getting bits and pieces because Work.
The windows were open because of "fumes". I believe it was only the basement.
It must've been horribly cold.

Hunt tells her mom in one text that she told detectives she wasn't "going anywhere or saying anything," and Stauch responds with "good, keep saying that."

A ton of the texts shown in court have been Stauch questioning her daughter about what is going on at the house, and what people are saying and doing while she isn't there, which Hunt says she wasn't for almost the whole day. "I have to get an attorney fast," Stauch texts Hunt

LS was asking HH if anyone was asking where SHE (LS) was. Notable that she isn’t a bit concerned where Gannon was. Of course we know why - she knew where Gannon was. She had murdered him.

These are not the actions of insanity. Absolutely the type of deceptive behavior we have seen time and time again from murderers covering their tracks.

LS was sane, and directing the narrative.

Some of the text messages from Letecia to Harley say: “Has any other family asked where I was… like our family” “I have to get an attorney fast” “What’s the guy saying” “Who is there” “I’ve been set up” These messages around from around 10 p.m. on January 28, 2020.

In text messages, Letecia tells Harley to call 911 if detectives keep trying to speak with her. Harley says she did not call 911, and she just told detectives she didn't want to answer questions.

I've noticed the judge has been watching LS like a hawk all day, and she hasn't removed her hand from her chin/mouth area.
She has. I went back during the break and I caught her a couple of times making what appeared to be 'gestures'. I can't say for certain if they were rude though.

Harley said she had been advised multiple times by Letecia to not answer the door for detectives and not answer any questions. “She just kept saying, ‘Don’t say anything, you’re a minor, and you shouldn’t be answering questions.’”

Harley says, on a FaceTime with her mom, Letecia told her to meet her at a hotel that was near Harley's work. Harley drove her Jetta to the hotel. "She said she didn't want to be in the house with Albert and Landen and his family." "She didn't want me there with them."

Knowing what Harley now knows, and hearing how controlling LS was towards her, and how inappropriately LS involves HH in her adult drama, I sort of wish LS HAD been removed from the courtroom for her bird flipping antics, at least temporarily, so that Harley could answer these delicate questions without her mother being RIGHT there. I understand LS has a right to be present, I'm just saying, as I hear more of HH's testimony, I imagine it must be intimidating. Did I hear her say she has not seen her mom in person since she was arrested? Has she said if she had any contact with her mom?
She's trying to be brave, but I'm not sure how long she can continue at this pace.

These are the kinds of questions I expected to hear asked earlier today.

When she shows up at the hotel, Harley says Letecia told her they needed to go home. Letecia left her car and got in Harley's. "She just kept being paranoid I guess you could say."

While I believe the prosecution has this case sewn up, this questioning of HH has been hard to follow. I feel like he's jumping around all over the place and not asking the questions he really needs to be asking.

Like what was your mom doing when you returned with the cleaning supplies? Did she show you the burnt carpet? Did you see her cleaning it? Weren't you curious about what happened? I don't feel like I've learned a whole lot after an entire morning of questioning.

In fact, the only information I've found noteworthy from today's testimony --
- LS lied to HH about how her father died (which isn't even really related to this case)
- LS told HH to search G's bookbag and she found the Swisher Sweets package (which clearly suggests it was planted by LS)
- LS told HH that G was screaming "I hate my life!" in the street
- LS said "Let's all go tell Gannon goodnight..."

The last three bullet points are important because I believe she was laying the foundation for what was to come. I think she planted the Swisher Sweets and made up the BS about G screaming "I hate my life!" to make it seem more plausible when Gannon "ran away" the next day.

This is the first time it's been established through direct testimony that Tee DID send HH to get the cleaning supplies and it got the receipt into evidence. Including such things as might be purchased to disguise orders of decomp.

We also learn the intricate ways in which Tee bamboozles everyone, including her own daughter.

We learn a bunch more lies that Tee told, all of them while people around her regarded her as being in her normal state of mind and normal mode of action. No one questions Tee. HH had no knowledge of why she was acting weird, she was used to it. She says Tee was "very strict" with all of them and basically, when Tee said "Jump!" the kids asked, "How high?" (You can hear it in her voice that she was completely dominated by her "mother").

We learn that Gannon didn't just go off without permission from someone besides AS, someone close to Tee. That he understood time very well.

Most important, we get a lot of context about the night before Gannon was murdered. She is also speaking to how Tee kept changing her version of events, in the minor details. Throughout all this, HH did not think her mother was acting "crazy" or was atypical in ways that she noted at the time or remembers now.

I think there's a lot more to come, and I think it's standard to go chronologically. I think the lawyer also has some clues (probably from documents exchanged with the defense) as to what HH did not know and could not know.

I know many of us would like more details about method and manner of death and cover-up, but this trial is not about that. It's about Tee's sanity or insanity. I think HH's testimony will conclude (after establishing just how intimate and careful an observer she was) with her being asked whether she thought her mom was insane during the relevant time period.

IMO.

God, she is an idiot. "Yes, hi, 911? I need some police officers sent to my house because there are police officers here."
