Harley started a funding page when Aunt Brenda took away the car she had gotten for her. Harley says Aunt Brenda wouldn't help her, like with financial help or insurance for the car, if Harley didn't obey her and do what aunt demanded. (sounds like another Letecia... poor Harley)

So, on the funding page Harley said she lost both her parents at the age of 17. Defense wants to say that's a lie. Harley states, plain as day, once her mother was arrested and the truth started coming out... she did, in fact, lose her mother then. Harley's crying now. She lost everybody then, her brother, her mom, and her whole life changed. ​

LS kept the air conditioning on the entire drive, also sedated the dogs with CBD treats.

Is still in shock, defended her for years, feels manipulated and lied to.

Going after HH is the wrong route. The jury will not like this. She was young then, she is young now. She was manipulated and backhanded by her own mother. I am shaking my head at this defense atty.

Agreed, but imo it seems like their only game plan. Admittedly I don’t know about the witness lists so if they have a bigger defense built then I’m not aware. I know she plead NGRI but I don’t know much more.
