He's offering to show her a picture of the blood.

Now she's saying 'guaranteed' that her higher power is going to intercede and she's 'never going to have to work a day in her life'.

Witness talking about how resistant she was to going in the direction he wanted her to. How she would say out loud 'I'm not going there' and that this was a 'very' logical thought process.

LS: "I already made it clear I'm not going to answer more questions, because you have predetermined..."

Now she's implying the investigation was bad because they didn't put a reward out. She's answering questions with questions.

LS: "I'm not living with anything horrible in my brain."

She's still refusing to answer the question. Saying "I won't have to worry about anything for the rest of my life because I didn't do nothing."

LS: "Gannon was fine, Gannon had nothing wrong with him, Gannon was my favourite stepchild."

LS: "I know you're really good at what you do, I appreciate that."

LS: "My image is our happy life, that's all it is."

Pause.

Witness talking about her pushing back on answering any question. About how she was preoccupied what was in other people's minds. How asking about the police not offering a reward was deflecting.

Grusing was heard asking questions over and over about Letecia’s last image of Gannon. Letecia said she saw nothing negative. “Gannon was happy. Gannon is my favorite stepchild, my baby,” said Letecia. She never fully answered what her last memory of Gannon was.

Grusing questioned Letecia asking if she didn’t hurt him, why would it be a problem for her to tell him what her last memory and image of Gannon was. “If she’s saying she’s innocent of this, then the questions that I’m asking should be easy for her to answer,” Grusing testified.

DAY 13 Letecia Stauch trial FBI Agent Grusing is back on the witness stand testifying about a five hour long interview he did with Stauch after she was arrested in South Carolina. "Gannon was my favorite stepchild," Stauch said in the interview.

A jury pool of hundreds has been winnowed down to 11 men and seven women, who began their civic duty at 1:30 p.m April 3 when the trial commenced with opening statements. Six of those jurors will be alternates.
