I believe she is. I've seen a few same shirts being worn by her during trial. mooIs she wearing the same green sweater/shirt as before?

I agree with you. David Birnie was a coward but she, Catherine Birnie yes she is so much LS. But LS is not as smart as CB. But LS reminded me strongly off BE The Claremont Killer, how the class in First year of High School witnessed him collecting materials, melting it a pot, the glint in his eyes and the smirk as he edged closer to the victim, the glee in his eyes as he tried to pour the molten plastic over the boy's arm, flash of disappointment when he missed by the fraction, then the look of inocence/stunned Mullet when Teacher came aware, students not being believed, there were other incidents always smoothed over by his bullying Mum, students resorted to igornying him so they would not attract trouble. Like LS getting away from her actions throughout her life, the thrill she could get away with anything she committed JMO if someone stood up/or spoken it would maybe prevented Gannon's tragic death.I am from Perth - from the first time I saw a photo of her, the Stepmonster’s eyes reminded me of Catherine Birnie’s

BBM - well that aged wellProsecution talking about the board, about how LS would challenge him on things. In this case, it was about Grusing using the word 'thrown' about the disposal of the board. Witness talking about how her challenging him was a tactic to avoid answering questions and demanding he knew information it was impossible for him to know showed intellect and strategy.
Play.
LS is now insisting that God knows she didn't do it so she won't ever be at trial?
Witness: "Where did you gently place Gannon?" Offers to use other verbs if she has a problem with those ones.
Pause.
Explains how LS objected to verbs she didn't like in the past, hence the change of tactics.
Explaining why he keeps going back to when she last saw Gannon. That by her not offering up another subject at this point, she's basically admitting it was her without saying it out loud.
Play
He's pointing out again to her that the volume of blood in the house doesn't match the small, accidental injuries she's reported.
LS's spinning a story about how she's just being persecuted and God will either a) return Gannon or b) sustain her faith that 'the truth' will come out and she's going to be exonerated. I could gag.
Next bit.
He asks her for hypothetical as to where he could be. She refuses to play initially, then repeats her 'kidnapped for ransom' story.
I'm not really surprised she played the God card. She's full of herself.Prosecution talking about the board, about how LS would challenge him on things. Respectfully snipped. Same here, and we have a long day ahead of us.I could gag.
Regarding her intelligence level, I’m sure the 3 full psych panels all included cognitive testing with an IQ score. Judging by her lack of problem-solving skills I’d be shocked if it’s above the 80’s.
The defense asking laypeople if she’s “very intelligent” is akin to prosecution asking them if she’s “sane”.
