When AS testified he said that his Mom is a Nurse Practitioner in the mental health field and told him that she felt like LS needed meds for anxiety.

In this taped interview LS brings that up and says it was EVERY DAY his Mom brought it up and she wasn’t just married to Al, it was like being married to HER.

LS says that’s the “ emotional abuse “ in her marriage that occurred before the “physical abuse” of AL getting angry and throwing things.

FWIW, I don't like any of T's personas.

T's primary diagnosis IMO is an over-active imagination.

According to RA, Letecia's clothes come from the jail. Clothes are left there from other jailers, and clothes are washed and jailers may sort through the clothes and choose what to wear for court attire.

Whatever the source, Statute provides it's the responsibility of the defense to dress a defendant out for trial (i.e., street civilian clothes for trial). JMO

She does get credit for her copy/paste delusions! Every one of them was available with only a few strokes on her keyboard! She's committed them to memory and recites them as needed.
exactly like that, including hand gestures..

She sounds like those tiktok DID fad kids who have created their little fan fic world's and showcase their numerous "alters" for likes
Whatever you think about young kids on TikTok, whether they're diagnosed/diagnosable as DID systems or not, they're not hurting anybody. They sound juvenile because they are.

LS is is a fullgrown woman playacting a cast of characters to try and get away with brutally murdering an eleven year old, and splashing back her toxic bile on millions of people with dissociative disorders in the process. I can't make a joke about that or find it funny. I have really been looking forward to the psych part of the testimony because it's a subject of great interest for me, but it's just making me angry and really really sad. People with dissociative disorders spend their lives being marginalised and disbelieved and feared because of people like her. They struggle to be taken seriously and get appropriate treatment. They are people with a sad and often violent origin story, who are doing the best they can with what they've got to work with in their brains and in their lives. The vast majority of them would rather die than harm a child, because of their own personal experiences. They would do anything to not pay that grim legacy forward. But dissociative disorders, in the minds of the general public, remain the excuse du jour for violent offenders and the diagnosis of the scariest murderer of the series on fictional crime shows. I just can't even.

Sorry, folks. I thought I'd be doing great transcribing today, and that just isn't happening.

Possibly all tweets for the day from Melissa.

DAY 14 Letecia Stauch trial Court is about to start at 9. Yesterday recap: First psychologist testified, bringing numerous objections from both prosecutors and the defense team.

Another forensic psychologist is testifying. This one did the second competency test on Stauch to see if she was able to stand trial. The psychologist says she considered the possibility of Stauch having borderline personality disorder because of narcissistic behavior.

The defense is cross examining this forensic psychologist. Defense attorney Josh Tolini is asking about childhood trauma leading to mental health issues later. The defense has said, Stauch was abused as a child, leading to her having mental health illnesses.

Tolini asked the psychologist, Dr. Jackie Grimmett, about Letecia Stauch’s phone calls with Al Stauch, previously played in court, when Letecia talked more about saving her relationship with Al than finding Gannon.

Grimmett says that behavior could be consistent with borderline personality disorder or narcissism, or the behavior could be caused by something else.

Court is back after lunch recess. Dr. Loandra Torres is on the witness stand, another forensic psychologist who worked on the Letecia Stauch case.

Live feed is on. Jury is coming in now.

Jury returning.

AS said things were rocky and they were considering separation. There's your motive.

She’s so gross. I noticed she was talking to Tolini under her hair fort earlier before she looked up and made a goofy face directly at the witness, and Tolini laughed at her! They looked like two unruly fifth graders taunting the substitute teacher! He certainly isn’t doing the defense any favors by encouraging that kind of disrespectful behavior.

Judge is saying they can pause at any time if anyone basically needs to return to get any and all cold weather clothing from the jury room since the temperature regulation of the court has been 'challenging'. General laughter. Offers the same for the witness on the stand.

So much insight here...

I think we all find her offensive, for the reasons you raise, for co-opting real suffering.

She is a poser. An imposter.

Wearisome.

We're back and going to listen to another recording that is, in it's entirety, over an hour long. (We'll be stopping it for questions for the witness along the way.)

Dr. Torres said, "You can't plan when you're going to be manic or depressed".

Yes, Witness!
T isn't describing DID but just different moods.
