Ugh. No actual footage of Gannon exiting the truck. Honestly, the only piece of info that has truly shocked me so far was the discovery of the Switch in the house at the end of February.
Not getting to watch the witnesses is making me crazy.

So Gannon didn't leave on the right side of the truck?

Was the Bradley Road area under construction at the time of the murder?

Wondering if Tee was scoping out the area in hopes of dumping Gannon in a newly dug foundation a la mob style.

Wouldn’t put it past her.

I'm sure if Dr L's testimony conflicts with her written report the state will point that out.

My concern is that she used the interview to reinforce her own, already-presented ideas. Right before she is expected to testify. Easy to do and will bring more confidence to the voice and presentation of Dr. Lewis. She will be giving psychiatric impressions, but I don't see how she can exclude from her mind what happened last night.

She will almost certainly stick with the DID thing (did her report also mention Borderline? I can't remember). But the jury's sense of Dr. Lewis's confidence in her own views may be affected.

IMO.

Nope. No video. LE was left, it seems, with the knowledge Gannon did come home without solid video confirmation.

Yes they will point it out. But it creates confusion and bedlam. This is exactly what the defense wants.

I thought that LS parked with the hood of the truck in the front, on the trip where she brings Gannon back to the house to kill him. He exits on the driver side.

Is there no ring camera for that trip??

IMO.

Yes, and the Defense may have asked her to widen her diagnosis to include other personality disorders.

This smells like T's hair.

Exactly!!

The written testimony vs what she says can be called out, but her bias and presented confidence is something entirely different. Defence know exactly what they're doing. Am I correct that Dr Lewis had not previously met Letecia in person before yesterdays 3 hour meeting?

I still say he was in the bed of that truck. She backed it way up.

The ring video turned off before anyone exited the truck.

She backed the truck up. Kicked her door open and stomped into the house. moo

We don't know. The court documents indicate that they met over three days and that it was recorded, but does not state whether the meeting was in person or not. It is purely my opinion that they did not meet in person (I thought it unlikely, given the expense). Last night's clandestine meeting in the jailhouse makes me believe even more that Dr Lewis had not met LS in person until then.

JMO for sure.

I agree.

I think G was either quite ill in the truck so she moved him to the bed of the truck and/or she planned to abandon him somewhere but changed her mind, also relocating him from the back seat to the bed.

Witch.
