Lawyer & Leticia are plotting next bunch of lies

T is a functioning dysfunctional person.

Acting on her belief system and her own free will, she murdered sweet Gannon because it served her needs. She immediately regretted the mess she made because she knew ahe was going to be in big trouble with her already unhappy husband so she set about covering it up.

Put her away already.

WUT??

Oh, this is rather a first in such a high profile trial. OMgoodness.
I think they're still hedging their bets. Dr Lewis is certainly highly likely to claim LS has DID.

What??
None of these is a possible indicator of DID.
This is really getting to be too much.

He said that some people with DID can be sexually promiscuous, and therefore all the STIs, miscarriages, and abortions.

Sexual promiscuity is not part of the diagnostic criteria for DID.

MOO

Obviously I am not a medical professional of any kind, but from listening, reading, watching over the years, I would've said these examples would steer more towards bipolar disorder. JMO.

Re the alleged miscarriages, terminations and sti's, I believe I heard Mr Tolini say these were documented in her medical history, and Dr Torres confirmed. I could be wrong, happens often :D

Will Dr. Gray testify?

Seems to me, she’s trying to act like a little girl when she talks about her alters.
Agree !!
And with "ACT" being the Key word.

I had to turn off volume today and I didn't watch too much while working
Usually I can listen in but I just could NOT listen anymore.

What a bunch of pahooey BS

Can we done today?
I find LS exhausting...
Gawd, she talks and talks and talks and says nothing.

There used to be a feature in the old Mad Magazine, something like what they say vs what they really mean. The psychologists have to remain professional but I’d love to know what real thoughts are floating through their minds.

Doctor says “It doesn’t fit with a diagnosis of DID.”
Doctor means “She’s just another inmate trying to weasel out of punishment for her crime.”

Interested to see what the jury questions are.

I agree. Yet, I read several online articles about Dr. Lewis. All of which lacked any confidence in her ability to positively ID someone with DID.

My take on what I heard:
Dr. Torres says you think you would've seen it manifested yourself especially Maria being around since she was 16. If it's so severe that they're finding themselves in different locations, etc., you'd think they'd have mentioned to someone at sometime.

Two psychological tests the PMI she invalidated it. They asked her questions to understand why she invalidated it. Ah, asked if she had multiple personalities inside of herself. She said yes. They asked further and all she said was things like "sometimes she felt competitive", or something of a regular type feeling. Oh-oh, a big fail for Maria, oh I mean Letecia Taylor to describe her DID symptoms.

Did I miss it, did Mr Young clarify the turtle suit? Did he ask if it was standard practice due to her charges and not because she had attempted suicide as Mr Tolini alluded to?

Her attorney didn’t look too happy about these two juror questions. Did I imagine a frown on his face?

T during the first interview: yes, I have multiple personalities inside me. I'm competitive when I play softball...

T during the second interview: I created Maria Sanchez who speaks Spanish and Russian (but can't spell Edgardgjuardo, in any language) as my bass add alter-ego to blame when I do stuff I'm notsposta.

What does it mean LS "invalidated" the test??
Oh never-ending the witness explained it.

IMO, this whole trial is rather ridiculous and ultimately an attempt to have Tee avoid prison and be instead sent to a mental health facility.

I have to wonder if Colorado allowed defendants to plead guilty but mentally ill (GBMI), would LS have just gone that route? If accepted by prosecution, it would have avoided this trial. Maybe Gannon’s family would not have wanted to accept such a plea though.

Can you guys see Mr Cook and LS having little chuckle with each other at the defence table? Seriously? I hope that p*sses off the jury as much as it does me.

1682721829329.png Judge thinking, "I want to go home too". Juror Questions on a Friday night almost time to end this day. Dr. Torres answering and talking about clocks. (Yes, it's time to go home!)

I bet they are laughing about the clock drawing question. I know I’m chuckling a bit about it. It’s not relevant to insanity, but rather to brain injury. Kind of beating a dead horse, as I think it was asked and answered previously. Poor jury is probably cross-eyed by now.
