If nothing else, this trial has taught me the meanings of:
Swisher sweets
Bath salts
Tiguan
, This trial has shown me that people think they can get away with crimes based on things that they find around them and use as excuses that have worked before. T messed up and added fire..but she used her experiences to guide her which is all any of us do . It took the state a minute to prove to me she is sane and I can relate to her feelings that i gathered from her google searches. So i think they are messed up but all those searchers relate to sane and selfish feelings we all have sometimes...

That one sucks, big time. It was awful to have while in high school, where jerks think it's the height of humour to try and provoke that startle, often on a daily basis.

What people without trauma don't realise is how boring it is. "This again? Really?" I spend my life bumping up against limitations my brain created in a desperate attempt to keep me safe. Sometimes, you can slowly, painstakingly dismantle one, but for most of them, you have to learn to live with them, or navigate the long way around to get anywhere. And when your trauma began when you were very, very young, there is no memory or template of a 'before' to work back to - what you've got is what you've got, it's how you grew and developed, like a plant that grew up through the pavers. You spend your life struggling to find a response for people looking at you blankly and asking, "Well, why can't you just xyz?" They never understand that they might as well be asking why don't you just teleport to the moon for a holiday. It's just as fanciful as assuming anything for someone with trauma is straightforward.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, people with trauma related mental health conditions and disorders like PTSD, CPTSD, DID and other dissociative disorders, and anxiety and depression conditions linked to their trauma, are just doing the best they can with what they've got to work with. Trauma disorders aren't on trial here. The unrepentant murderer of an eleven year old is.

Thank you for such personal information. :)
I recently met someone, and she later spoke of her diagnosis.
As I really didn't understand her problems, I didn't express my concerns.
Thankfully, now I sent her a message, stating how I realize her struggles daily.
You certainly are helping, in spreading information, helping us to relate to sufferers, which I hope, is added comfort to them.
I certainly hope, my friend, is thankful for my message. :)

Stream is coming up.

They physically moved the courtroom camera during the lunch break so we should not have any more problems with showing the jury.

A juror overheard the prosecution might be resting their case today, doesn't like it will affect things.

Jury returning.

Hmm. Are we not worried about his testimony being affected by what he's heard in court the past few weeks? (I'm not but is it typical for witnesses to hang out in court then testify?) And since some are so worried about Dr. L being influenced by LS... Should we worry about other witnesses too?

Kevin Clark is the Director of Crime Strategies and Intelligence for the 4th Judicial District. He compiled all of the state's evidence into these timelines and has been involved with this case since the very early days of the investigation. And a big part of what he's being asked on the stand is... "does this correlate with the same information that (so-and-so) testified to during this trial?" His presence in court was essentially required for the nature of his testimony.

This new courtroom view means I can finally kinda make out the faces of the prosecution and defense.

I can't get past what she did to him Sunday night with the fire.

Both AS and HH testified Gannon NEVER lit candles, so that leads me to believe that entire story was a cover up for something she did to him. She invented all the other crap too, such as her and Laina running outside, etc., then hid the section of carpet soaked with blood & replaced it with another section so... all of that was a lie. She burnt the rug on purpose to validate the BS candle story.

Knowing all that happened Sunday night, it had to have occurred to her that there was NO WAY Gannon wouldn't tell Albert what really happened.

I believe she began plotting that very night, how she was going to get rid of him.
Probably as soon as she hung up the phone after Al called back (late). Maybe while fuming and waiting hours for him to call, a catalyst hit her like a lightning bolt. There she was having a crummy upsetting day. She was having to take care of his kids. What about her. I’ll make him pay. Yep, T, you made him pay all right along with his mother, his sister, his grandparents, family and dang near half the country. Oops, it’s 1:30. Gotta go. Be back soon.

I see you play chess.. and fish .. and guess on beans in the jar.. Sound like a fair assessment to me . But I like dont know a whole lot.

I am very good at the second two games.

IMO. I actually have won quite a few beans in the jar or similar competitions. Chess...well, I do play. I am routinely beaten at it.

I wonder if this is the last week of trial I hope so. Then LWOP hopefully. This has gone on long enough time for justice then never to hear her name again jmoo
I live in Australia.
During trial days, I need to wake about 3 am, to watch this witch 'go down'.
This means, off to bed late afternoon, revolving days around these times.
What a schedule!!!
Waiting for GUILTY, without parole, very soon. :)

:) :)

I honestly just wish Al and Landen could feel us all, all the thousands of us sat watching every day, we are sat right there with them for Gannon

I am too. I'm waking at 11pm for a 1am start of court. It's very disorienting.

Worth it, though. I am learning so much.

6:35 am text from Letecia to Landen saying she’s heading out with neighbor searchers.

Landen responds “Find my baby please.”

Evidence shows lying Letecia did not go out to search; in fact Tiguan backs into garage and door closes.

So heartless, I can only imagine the depth of hatred Letecia felt towards Landen to not only murder her child but to toy with her with made up stories.

So I have only been half sideline alert for this topic.. An most topics...always.. but I think that (farting hanging questions here )that in the end it will boil down to is the dual role he is playing normal in court procedures? Like has it been done before . @Seattle1 ? We love learning and having our misconceptions corrected!

I'm really loving the timeline. It's making a simple thread out of a huge volume of information from diverse sources.

There was a specific term used, and I just spent far too long trying find what it was. But both Clark and Agent Cohen (I believe), who also sits behind prosecution, were given that designation the first time they testified.
Found it. They are Advisory Witnesses.

Maybe just me, but his testimony is very interesting MOO
It was explained, as soon as the witness took the stand this morning, about him being in the courtroom during this trial.
