I dont get the big deal. No testimony about the visit will be allowed in trial. How could this affect the outcome in any Way?

IMO the prosecution will be in the dark as to what Dr. Lewis is basing her testimony on, whether yesterday's interview, or past interviews or studies. The prosecution, not having any information about yesterday's interview, won't know how to object. Again, IMO.

So I have only been half sideline alert for this topic.. An most topics...always.. but I think that (farting hanging questions here )that in the end it will boil down to is the dual role he is playing normal in court procedures? Like has it been done before . @Seattle1 ? We love learning and having our misconceptions corrected!

Thus far, it seems the witness (Kevin Clark) is presenting the timeline of the first weeks of the investigation with an emphasis on LS's communication and movement. If I recall correctly, Clark was employed by the CSPD when this data was being collected and analyzed.

Also, Clark testified earlier during the trial. Noting he's currently employed by the 4th Judicial District and has been present in the courtroom during the trial in the capacity of his job duties. JMO

I don't think she seemed very experienced or knowledgeable at all because she seemed to think the drug called "bath salts" were the same bath salts you can buy in the hygiene section of any retail shop. They are two totally different compounds - the drug was just called that to make it seem more innocuous. Kind of the same way you can buy the "glass drinking straws" that are actually just meth pipes.

Kevin Clark is not playing a dual role. He testified about some of the evidence that needs to come in, and now he's summarizing all the evidence for the jury. It's done all the time. Typically a lead investigator will summarize, but they often testify on other matters at trial as well. He's still acting in his same advisory capacity as before. Just the testimony is split up.

IMO. But with blonde hair (hard to say for sure, as I only catch glimpses of that lady's face). Dr Lewis is about to be called to the stand, I figure. And if the Defense wants to take her around everywhere they go, apparently it's okay (if that's her).

Witness reporting how Letecia was parked at a Star Bucks location, connected to their wifi, for awhile and texting. Harley is telling her someone took Laina, who? someone in LE. Landen is not there yet. Harley is the only one there. Harley (underage minor says LS) is alone with detectives. Leaves the Star Bucks location and her phone is in airport mode.​
