"She took it all away." On Gannon's lost life, potential, and the protection and the future he should have had.

I really didn't expect to hear him use OJ....
Seriously, the brutal slaughter of the mother of his children, and an individual unknown to him, who went on to be acquitted? Doesn't work for me.

Big Ouch on the OJ case references.

Hold up, according to the defense, shes manic, has DID and borderline personality disorder?

Other words that show up on the screen with a mugshot of Letecia Stauch: Unreliable, hated, planned, premeditated, burned, poisoned, attacked, beat stabbed, shot, manipulated, ran, fled, dumped, murdered

After a quick glance at Al Stauch, he has a tissue in his hand, and is wiping away tears. You can hear sniffles and emotion coming from the side of the courtroom where Gannon's family is.

A photo of Gannon is now being shown, and jurors are hearing the 911 call from Letecia Stauch on the day Gannon was killed, as she’s reporting that Gannon is missing.

This rebuttal is brilliant!
But, he mentioned OJ!!! Ignore everything else!!!! He mentioned OJ! EEEEEK!

Seriously time for the prosecutors to rest, let the jury do their job.

At the beginning of the trial, I woke up in the middle of the night and thought: the first thing she says when calls 911 is not that Gannon is missing but she asks if she called the right phone line. She is NOT crazy.

Plays the emergency calls ending on the, "I guess me?"

Is imploring them now, for Justice for Gannon, to find her guilty on all charges.

End.

BYE LETECIA!

Excellent rebuttal, despite the OJ reference.
Good job by both Young and Allen.

I will be very unhappy if the guilty verdict doesn’t happen today.

Apologies if I missed this, will they be allowed to deliberate over the weekend?
IF- they take that long?

And there we go

Oh to be a fly on that Jury room wall

My bet is just before end of day, possibly 4pm time. They will want to take enough time to discuss and make sure they're doing their job plus paperwork. They won't want to go over the weekend. 4pm is my bet

That was a fantastic rebuttal, it's as if Mr Tolini never stood up at all.

You can see the pain on Gannon's biological parents' faces as the judge now speaks to the jury before sending them to deliberate. You could hear the crying as this rebuttal wrapped up.

Many who came to hear closing arguments are crying in the courtroom. Allen has now finished.

Allen: "Gannon deserves justice...Gannon Jacob Stauch 11-years-old."

Gannon's biological family is crying in the court room. Letecia has her head down.

"Jan 27th, 2020, she murdered Gannon. This little boy deserved so much more from this defendant. He deserved protection, he deserved to live, he deserved to grow up and one day have a family of his own, she took this all away."
